Great customer service, prices are real time "at spot" sales are really "at spot". Have not had a light order like SDB gave me! Packaging is also superb. Again, GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE! GOOD SALES!

They are petty. Ordered secondary 5 oz band they sent me element bars that were a $25 less per bar so I could have bought 45 oz bars of elements for less money $45 less money to be exact then I paid for the second dairy market bars these people are garbage do not buy from them the Reviews are fake!! I spent $8000 and they sent me 5 oz bars that were worth less money than what I paid for Secondary bars ! people go to Bullion exchange or somebody else. I would not trust these people ! $8000 and they ripped me off $33 they sent me out of 40 bars they sent me 30 element bars that are a $1.25 less than the secondary market bar straight scumbags.

Attempted to make a purchase of metals and even received a confirmation number and was later informed of a "suspicious transaction" via email. When I called Monument Metals I was told credit card processer canceled order for any variety of reasons. I was offered to pay by check or money order and declined. Waste of time.

I am really happy with the Monumental Metals purchasing experience. I comparison shop and they are always the best bang for your buck. They package your precious metals with great care, and it shows. Maybe not the largest dealer, but to me, the most customer service conscious. Kudos.

I tried to purchase some items and they claimed that I couldn't use my Bank of American VISA card. I've had it for over 10 years and I use it all the time at other Precious Metal companies. They neutered my account so that I couldn't even use any other type of payment. Calls to the company have not been returned. I don't recommend this company as there are too many that are much better!!!

I ordered 9 oz of silver coins and rounds during one of Monument Metal's "spot price" sales. Often, sellers will send out their slightly off items, with little dings and milk spots. Every item Monument Metals sent me was perfect. AND, I got them in two days!!

The Post Office lost my checks, so I reached out to them to resolve the issue. The only option they gave me was to wire the money asap, or they would cancel my order. Which obviously didnt work for me, which is why I sent a check in the first place. They wont do anything to work with you. The customer service is the worst Ive seen in the metals industry. Im glad it was a trial purchase....would have hated to given so much money to a terrible company. Im buying gold elsewhere now.

i had to wait 4 weeks for a order. still never received order and when i asked for a refund they made it difficult. charging me a restock fee for their incompetence along with blocking my account so i can no longer buy from them. horrible company

I was super excited to order from them. They ended up canceling my order without notifying me. I told them I’m a new customer and didn’t even try to keep my business.

They told me the only way for me to order is by phone and I can’t even pay via my checking account because they flagged it as fraud. They couldn’t tell me the exact reason why it was declined.

Update: really impressed with the response from them. I was able to sort out the order issue and the CFO personally called me to make sure I don’t have any other issues. I will update again once I get my order.

Good site to navigate. Had the two items I was currently interested in with the best deals on those items online. Payment was approved in a good time frame and products shipped quickly and discreetly. I am extremely happy with them overall and will be using them for plenty more orders in the future.

After purchasing a number of bullion products from this company with no complaints, I purchased a 1 oz proof Silver Mexican Libertad. Once it arrived I noticed the obverse was scratched. So I took it out of the capsule so I could get an accurate picture to send to them. What they do in turn is tell me that because I took it out of the capsule, which would have made it difficult to take a picture and the capsule was scratched as well, that their quality control company saw no problems with the coin. So I asked you all to consider this. As a coin collector why would I take a proof coin out of the holder and scratch it up and believe me you can tell by the picture this was not done by me, this arrived to them this way and that's why they were selling it for $84 when they're competitors were selling them for around $100 or over. Never purchase another product from this company again. They do not stand by their products and they put the blame on the customer rather than taking the responsibility for the crap product they sent me.

Well Monument metals has very competitive pricing I've encountered a problem trying to return a proof coin that was all scratched up. I sent numerous messages to the company without any reply. As you know proof coins are supposed to be mirror like finish without any scratches and the latest coin I received from them is less than stellar. If you're purchasing bullion I would not hesitate but in this case I am not very happy as they have not gotten back to me regarding this rather expensive purchase of a proof Mexican Libertad.

Defiantly recommend Monument Metals as i have purchased many times now. I have always received the best service and the best prices. I also had an incident where my order was lost in the mailing system and after some time of waiting they just decided to send me a new order without waiting for the recovery of the lost metals package. So with that experience I put Monument in my top 3 for life.

I purchased a 1 oz. gold coin on November 1st via ach. Although the payment cleared the next day, they sat on sending it out until a week later, thus ensuring the shipment would be sent over a holiday weekend. The upshot is it was misdelivered by usps, and now I am out over 2 grand. Disappointed, to say the least.

For God’s sake, don’t deal with this mess. Get your metals from a local dealer.

Update: Although I was supposed to sign for the delivery, instead usps left in my mailbox-though they said I signed I did not. So MM complied with their stated procedures. Sorry for doubting them-they had always been reliable before.

These cats deliver! I dipped my toes in a couple months back with them. My first order of metal arrived at my doorstep securely and accurately in under two weeks. I have made 3 or 4 more purchases since because of this reliability.

They now require your password to directly access your checking account. Not just a payment, But Direct access into your account. Terrible.

I have only recently discovered Monument Metals. I have now made six purchases with Monument Metals and every one has been a good experience. Packaged good and very discreate. They run great sales and routinely seems to have the lower prices. I will always look at Monument Metals first when buying gold or silver. They also have great customer service. I have called twice with questions. They were very helpful and pleasant. An overall good experience.

They make it so easy to order and all my orders have been delivered exactly as they promised—I feel confident that they will take care of me so I recommend them to my friends

I purchased gold from monument metals.com and a month later I still have not received the coin that was in stock at the time I bought it. I bought high though at the time I did not know that. They purposefully waited till the gold prices dropped to send me the coins. I bought these when i knew I would be home to pick them up. Now they will be arriving when i am not home. Do not buy from this company if you want your coins at the time of purchase and in a timely manner. I will no longer buy any gold from this company. I would buy from a more reputable one.
