i was served by Manager Daniel today. he really knew what he was doing and talking about, had a good rapport with everyone that was looking in, and made time to speak to and serve everyone.
i really felt like he took the time to know me, my likes and my thoughts about perfume. he picked a really good scent, and i dont usually splash out but i felt confident with this purchase. ill definitely be coming back!!

About two weeks ago I was at Westfield in Shepard bush and I was handed a paper with a perfume scent. The following week, I came back to get that same smell.
Folarin was very helpful, he gave his recommendations. He has a good customer service and I left happy

Worst perfume I’ve ever bought absolute scam was told last 12 hours didn’t even last 12 minutes. I would rather use lynx Africa for 2.99 would be better. The stall in Westfield is a complete scam do not buy and get scammed by these people.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Mood London. I purchased a diffuser along with their oud oils, which I used every day and genuinely loved—my house always smelled amazing. Unfortunately, the diffuser suddenly stopped working.
When I went back to the Mood London stand in Cardiff to return it, the advisor told me there was “nothing they could do” because it had been over 6 months, even though I was never informed of a 6-month warranty when I bought it. I asked to speak to the manager, but the advisor refused and instead phoned a line manager who repeated the same thing without even hearing my side directly.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service were really disappointing. I ended up leaving my diffuser in the store because I felt completely dismissed. I expected much better from a brand that charges premium prices.

You should always receive clear information from us, and I’m sorry that wasn’t the case here.
The diffuser you purchased has a ceramic case, and ceramic can break when dropped. Physical damage isn’t covered under our warranty, which only applies to mechanical faults. You may have been asked to return to the kiosk because we offer replacement parts for an extra cost. It looks like the details weren’t explained properly, and we apologise for that.

Hey, the Mood kiosk in Westfield is great, fab rep who sold me a few small bottles as the normal size is quite large so I didn’t want to go the whole way immediately. I’ve never been allergic to anything in my life and had been spraying it on my clothes but took the plunge and started to spray a little on my neck. BIG MISTAKE! Even after 12 hours my neck, exactly where I sprayed it is still red, sore and hot. I’m at chemist now to buy some anti allergy pills and cream to calm it down. It smells great but my god OWWWWW!!!!! Be careful out there. I normally never stray from Jo Malone but this stuff is pretty expensive to create such a reaction

He presented well and his manners are something I don’t often see, he was a true gentleman. This company sell fragrances that last on the bidy when sprayed less than two hours. Although explicitly being told the scent would last 8 to 12 hours. Customer service then infirm me that the fragrances are meant for clothes. Please everyone be very aware of this scam company.

Our scents are extrait de parfum, which means they contain one of the highest oil concentrations used in perfumery. That part is different for every person and unfortunately is something that no brand can control.

I come here every so often to stock up on my fiancé’s perfume. I can’t be around perfume as I suffer from migraines but these scents don’t cause me any AND they smell amazing. They last so long too! I also bought a diffuser from here and it is definitely worth the price!! It spreads across out office room so quickly and smells amazing!
EDIT: I forgot to add, every time I go past the stall in Birmingham the staff are always so accommodating and friendly. I can’t remember that lady’s name but she’s a black lady and was wearing a hijab and she was SO helpful with helping me surprise my fiance with his diffuser and made it a very fun experience for him on his birthday so thank you to you again!!
