Do not order from this company even through afterpay this is a scam took my money and still haven't got my product

I had to report FRAUD on my account PayPal would not cancel my transaction this company now all of a sudden don't respond to there emails don't shop here I've been trying for over 24hr to get this transaction canceled. Company is not trustworthy Seller.

Horrible company if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them and after a month I recieved the item. They charged $13 in shipping for a $12 jumpsuit. The material on the jumpsuit was garbage and it didn't even cover my breast. I asked for a refund she said I got the wrong size and to send pictures. I sent them showing it was not enough material on the jumpsuit and the pics she sent me was not the pics on the website. She basically said oh well she wasn't refunding the jumpsuit.

The shipping charges are outrageous I put 2 pair of sandals for $6.00 in my cart total of $12. The shipping charges were added at the end of my transaction of almost $50. For a total of $62. For a purchase of $12. I'll stick with SHEIN, LOVELY WHOLESALE,CHIC ME AND THE COMPANIES THAT HAVE FREE SHIPPING OR AFTER YOU PURCHASE A CERTAIN AMOUNT. THIS IS A RIP OFF. The clothes are cheap but in the end you pay huge shipping fees. The clothes are nice wish they would change people would buy alot.

This site is a joke I’ve been waiting for a month and a half and still no response I received a confirmation email that my card was charged yet still nothing. I have tried to contact these people on their website only to b ran in circles with no answers. I would like a refund for the things I ordered.

I would never order from here again it has been over a month and NOTHING!!!I also have sent Emails and messages to them ,I feel as if they are avoiding me,Better Business Bureau will be contacted this is a fraudulent site!!!

I just received 5 items 2 dresses💃 two pans👭 sets and two short 🧚sets one of the dresses where too small one of the shorts was too small quality is worth the money spent 🤑overall My daughter is happy😎 with the clothes that I couldn't fit that I gave her she gave a 🗣️five-star I gave a four-star just because some of the items were too little I wish I could take a picture of the items money well spent it only took three weeks for the items to arrive and I will be ordering again for My daughter she's 14 😍😍🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️ Thank you!! I wouldn't mind buying wholesale for the juicy short set that I purchase as well it was really nice!!😍😍

I placed an order from this company a couple of months ago and still haven t received anything. They said it was shipped but nothing has been delivered. I guess I will be ordering inside the US from now on. In other words, buy American products only.

I created a whole account just to leave these people a review. This took ENTIRELY too long to get here and the quality ain’t worth it!! I bought 2 items (both 2 pieces) and the fabric is lacking. I might as well could’ve made an outfit out of some curtains, I would’ve finished making it by the time the Moonosa package came. 🙄Cheap and ill-fitting. You would think that when the shipping fee is $21 that it would come on time.....NOT! I ordered this back in May and it’s now July. Buy from a black-owned business instead, avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a few shirts TWO months ago that I have not yet to receive!!! I’ve emailed them multiple times with no reply, I wish I read these reviews before purchasing I would never buy from them again.!

I made a purchase with Moonosa about a month ago. They charged my a high shipping fee and still have not sent me my products! Also no one in the company will respond to none of my messages to let me know what's going on!! I'm a business owner and this is bad business. Then they dont even have anything to where customers can request a refund. Communication is plus!!
I contacted them on Facebook and they had the nerve to block me from messenger! They are a RIP off I will be reporting them every chance I get. I'm reporting them to BBB for stealing!!

After placing an order then reading reviews on here I at first wished I hadn't! But my order came on time..... Exactly what id ordered, I'd defo order again as I've had compliments on every thing I've worn.... Thank you will defo order again.
