I ordered May 9th I have not heard anything from them about my package I think this is company is bad to order from you can't talk to no one every time you text someone I email someone no one emails you back I just want my money back it's been almost a month and haven't heard anything from the stopping moonosa

This is an honest review. On 4/16/20, I placed 2 separate orders. One order, which I received in 2-3 weeks was a small order for 2 items. However, the 2nd order was a large order that qualified for the free shipping. I have yet to receive the 2nd order! Today is May 27th! It has been over a month now and still not even any movement on the tracking number provided. I had to constantly keep emailing the customer service on WhatsApp to even get a tracking number. Due to Covid, I was told there is a delay with flights going out and once the item arrive in my city is when the tracking will update. I received my orders from Lovelywholesale and all other websites except this one. I have opened up a case with PayPal to get my money back!

Website is fake .my order never came it's been 2 months now...do not order from here or you will just lose your money...!!!! I am reporting this company to the BBB !!!

I just want my money back! I don't even want the clothes anymore! I ordered my stuff April 16th, still nothing! Tracking number sending me in circles. Yes there is a pandemic but I've placed 8 other orders and this bogus ass company and Lovelywholesale haven't delivered my stuff! Just refund me my money back on my card! Can someone say BBB?!

I ordered for Moonosa April 23, 2020 and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I spoke to Zara and Scarlett and both said my package shipped out on May 12, 2020 but they're waiting for tracking number from fedex. I understand that due to COVID-19 flights to USA reduced a lot but a tracking number isn't hard to generate.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! I ORDER A PACKAGE ON 05/05/2020 AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANY UPDATE OF IT AT ALL! CALLED ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS LISTED ON THE CONTACT LIST NO ONE ANSWERED OR RETURNED MY CALLS AND I ALSO SENT OUT 4 EMAILS TO EVERYONE AND YET NO ONE ON THAT CONTACT LIST STILL EMAILED ME BACK!

I've now been waiting for a response from my agent (Yomi) in regards to the logistics delay because it's been sent off to them going on 3 days now yet there's still no tracking number.

I ordered these items ($90.38) total for a fashion event and now I have no use for them since the event has come and gone, I advised Yomi that I would like to cancel this order and just have a full refund because I would just end up sending them back once I receive it anyways but as soon as I said that she stopped responding on WhatsApp. I'm now on my 3rd email and will soon be resorting to social media comments since that seems to have worked the last time I couldn't get a response from anyone.

Per ordini di modesto valore con altri sit non si pagano spese doganali, con Moonosa invece, a prescindere dagli importi, ci son sempre da pagare delle spese di dogana. Si consigliano altri siti molto più famosi e molto più attenti alle spedizioni che non riservano mai sorprese.

I received part of my order. Then an email stating the other half of my order is not in stock. It’s been 2 months still nothing has arrived. I’ve been emailing alisa and the general email but no reply. I don’t know what to do.

I order twice from here i love it everything came fit just right, the price is just right i dont mind the shipping and handle 💙💜💙

The quality is good,the service attitude is good,and the goods can arrive quickly, but there are some minor problems with a small part of the goods,and they can be handled by themselves soon.

Terrible service. Shipping is the price of 2 outfits. Shipping takes forever. The company spams your emails. Communication sucks. I will be reporting to the BBB.

Absolutely appalled at the spam this company sends out to sell their cheap tacky products. Tried to unsubscribe using their link and I received an error report.

Emailed the person who was sending the emails to ask to be unsubscribed and still kept receiving emails.

Emailed the MANAGER of the company Robbin and he/she has started sending me spam. A joke of a company!!!!

do not buy here!! the clothes are poorly made and the staff will constantly spam you with whatsapp at 4 am in the morning and spam email

I have been purchasing dresse from moonosa for my girlfriend for the past two years.They always fit well although the shipping is not fast,waiting valued.

i alway vist moonosa ,they have new item each day.but in this hot sale season, they are very busy.
sometimes not reply us.

but i like them,because they will support drop ship and will add more product line with good quality.

Do NOT buy from them. Moonosa has an awful customer service. Up until today I have not received a reply from them regarding a missing item that has not been packed along with my other stuff. Yet they took the money I paid and now all of a sudden they have stopped replying to my emails. This is a total scam and people have a big chance of losing their money
