Phoned up earlier and customer service were very rude.
Thought I’d come and check out their reviews, wow am I glad I did not order with them in the end ! Looked like a blessing in disguise that I was put off by their terrible customer service

AVOID
Ordered from this company, their courier did not give the package to anyone - we have CCTV of the incident and are now having to submit to the bank because moose seem to think their courier is not their own responsibility.
Before you order, have a look at the negative reviews. They're all the same kind of issue - if your order goes ok, then all good, if not, you can lose hundreds of pounds to this company and have to go to the bank to get it back.

A Complete Scam – No Refund, Faulty Product After a Month of Waiting
I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life. After waiting an entire month for my scooter, Moose finally delivered it—only for it to arrive faulty and unable to charge. When I contacted their customer service, they claimed it was covered under warranty and offered to repair it. However, they refused to give me a refund, despite the fact that I had waited so long for a non-functioning product. This is absolutely ridiculous. Moose clearly has no respect for its customers or their time. This is the most scammy website I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They take your money and send you broken products with zero accountability.
Absolute Nightmare – Avoid Moose at All Costs
Moose is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They lied about delivery timelines, made me wait over a month, and sent me a defective scooter that doesn’t even charge! Their “solution” is for me to send it back for repairs, which will take more time—time I don’t have. This is unacceptable. Moose’s customer service is dismissive, and their promises mean nothing. Don’t waste your money on this scam of a company. If you want a working product and proper service, look elsewhere. Moose is an absolute nightmare.

I ordered an 11 speed cassette for my MTB without realising that that 11 speed MTB is not the same as 11 speed road (my mistake but bike compatibility is a nightmare in my defence!).
It arrived super fast and when I got in touch to return it, they were super quick to reply and generate a returns label. Sounds simple but so many (bigger) companies can't seem to get the basics like this right. Well done Moose! I'll be back for any other bike stuff I need in future.
Special shout out to Heidi who dealt with my enquiry with a (digital) smile the whole time, despite my incompetence in ordering the wrong thing!

Scooter broke within 2 weeks error code…
Scooter broke within 2 weeks error code flashing on the digital dash. Spoke to moose as it was under warranty for 3 months and they said it was voided because a little bit of plastic has fell off the circle button that was on dash which tbh fell off with days of having the scooter and also they said the warranty was also voided I'd we didn't have original box I would avoid this company at all costs! We bought from thia company in first place because a friend of mine had purchased the same scooter a week before we did and it seemed brilliant mine arrived and within a week of my friend having his for only 2 weeks his has the same problem as ours did exact same thing and he was told the same as us and couldn't claim on warranty to get it fixed DO NOT BUY FROM MOOSE

Highly recommend Moose
I ordered a reconditioned Pure Pro e:scooter online in the Black Friday sale.
At first I was apprehensive about ordering a reconditioned scooter as I was not at all sure what condition it would arrive in (it was described as fair condition in the description).
I didn’t get delivery after the first week and so chased it up with Moose direct (spoke with the wonderful Heidi - as mentioned in other reviews by other customers), Heidi told me that they were working on the refurbishment of the scooters and that it would be sent out by 16th December, I received delivery on 3rd December.
Firstly the product was delivered in its original box, it wasn’t packaged in the best way (no supporting polystyrene), but otherwise it was sufficient.
Secondly the quality of the scooter itself was very impressive and pretty much nearly new (give or take a couple of chips), it appeared to have new wheels and a new looking footplate and badges, the paintwork was in very good condition and the handlebar set was immaculate with everything in full working order.
I would definitely recommend Moose!!

Ordered 1 bike from Moose. On the first occasion I didn’t get through on the phone but 5 mins later they called me back to answer query…….excellent customer service. The bike arrive swiftly and was packaged well. I was that impressed I ordered a second bike from them! Great product range, fantastic customer service 10/10.

My Pure advance scooter was described as fair condition but it was brand new, it still had bobby bits on the tires. Excellent service from Heidi

Great scooter, not the best experience.
Bought my scooter from here and delivery was prompt, unsure if the scratches on the scooter were from it being refurbished or because there was zero protection in the box but still it's a great scooter.
Other issue was the charger which looked like it had taken a beating or put together badly, when reaching out I was told it looked fine but in fact it wasn't as it wouldn't charge.
A replacement charger was sent out quickly which was great, not the best of experiences but issues were sorted quickly.

Excellent ebike purchase experience.
I have just purchased my first ebike from Moose and the customer service provided by Bryony was exceptional.
Initially there was a slight problem regarding availability of the particular model I requested, but Bryony was so helpful and kept me updated with immediate response to all my questions. Her communication could not be faulted in any way and it was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly and reliable company representative.
I throughly checked the web for the best ebike deals, and there is no doubt that Moose are one of the best companies I found and very competitive.
Overall, a great all round experience and I will not hesitate to recommend Moose if required.

Excellent, personal and approachable customer service! I would recommend to call in or email and ask for their opinion when choosing a bike, it is super helpful. My refurbished Raleigh arrived speedy - super shiny and newly looking. I am two weeks in and my bike works perfectly well for such a good value. Even cooler that Moose has partnered with the Cyclescheme! Thanks for making bikes more accessible

Absolutely brilliant scooter for the…
Absolutely brilliant scooter for the price, costing less than half the price of a brand new one but arrived and practically looks brand new, I am one happy customer and I had a bit of an issue with the charger and Heidi was fantastic help, got a new charger straight out in the post so I should get next day, if you are looking for an electric scooter that is top quality but low price I can't recommend moose highly enough. Just excellent :)
