I contacted a few e-trike companies and Alpine was the most professional and helpful. I am over the moon with my Alpine E-trike. The battery is hidden and streamline which is visually pleasing. The trike comes with baskets and cool bag as standard which cost extra with other companies. This etrike really is the business and very competitively priced compared to others. Delivery was fast and great communication from seller. Highly recommend this company for its products, customer service and value for money.

Steve who answered my initial enquiry then delivered the electric tricycle within a few days after our first telephone conversation is, very helpful and clear about choices available to me, explaining everything without pressure to buy & responding quickly to my contacts after my purchase

Nothing is too much trouble for alpine, they have become mates😎..I have had my trike for about six years,as a stroke victim I can’t drive but the trike gives me freedom. The clever self righting system means that I am in complete control. I would recommend this to anyone

Steve arrived as promised with the trike requested. The most pleasant experience with regarding a purchase of anything I've ever had. I am a gentleman in my 80's, so had to telephone Steve with a few questions after purchase. He subsequently arrived at my house went through certain functions, and then sent a video to me. A first class operator! Many thanks Steve!

Seeing our Alpine Ranger on our doorstep, bigger than I thought it was and the advice I was given, while riding round our block, was invaluable, you don't have to put your feet down when you stop, after 64 years of putting my feet down while riding, took a bit of getting used to.

They have a great product and were quick to respond to my email.
I receive my replacement part with a 48 hour Royal Mail Service.
The only criticism I have is, I never got a service manual when I received my trike.

Excellent sales man not pushy showed four Trikes ! Purchased the one I had seen , excellent quality. , easy to Master ! When I have stopped up on our Sea front and people ask about The Trike I confidently sing their praises?

Your colleage was really good , had a full rundown of the trike tips on riding to the point of demonstration & walk alongside giving tips on various aspects of riding - I quickly found that riding a trike is a different concept to a bicycle but really quite comfortable with it as a really stable platform & once used to it I’m sure I’ve made a good choice - the trike itself is a serious piece of kit - well engineered and a load of safety features so really pleased with my purchase

My elderly, very frail dad with COPD and on oxygen booked a trial ride with somebody from this company who sold him a bike unbeknown to myself . I would have advised that this was completely unsuitable for my dad with his health issues. Spoke to a representative from the company who was polite but insisted elderly people are their target customer. I can see the trikes could be appropriate for some but my dad is not one of them. £2000 is a lot of money to pay for something he can't use.

This company sold my father an electric trike over the internet and as they decided to take a second option to him when delivering they have now charges him a further £200.
He is in his mid eighties and in failing health both mentally and physically which is very evident when you meet him.
This company deal with alot of elderly people and have taken advantage of my father and even after my sister calling to challenge this additional charge they were dismissive .

I love my Apine Ranger, has a good balance, Steve , explains everything really well, I have had my trike for about 4 weeks, I love it
Delivered and fully assembled.

Avoid this company at all cost , he is rude and he never takes care of your problems. He would only install until you give up customer service. On arrival the rear mud guard was broken and it has been almost a month and he keeps installing. This guy is bad news . I wish I could get my money back. But guy who used our restroom and drank our tea is the most ungrateful person you will ever meet. I am completely sick and tired of this guy .

Update on my experience with this dreadful company. As I paid for unwanted trike by debit card I reached out to my bank for help to get my money back. It took a couple of months but I received a full refund, charged against Alpine. Steve said that had never happened to him before. Seemingly an admission that other dissatisfied customers had tried to get a refund. Thankfully I was successful. The lesson? Be persistent! Don’t let them get away with unscrupulous trading. And; write a review of your own experience. Reviews are powerful!

Very helpful they explained the trike and
made buying it a great experience

The only concern that offers fully built trikes. Steve was very good and not put off by me being queer. His help was fantastic. He deserves to do well. I am pleased with the trike which as a local remarked was a nice piece of kit.

Alpine Trikes provided a first class customer service. From the initial telephone enquire, Steve was very helpful and brought down three different trikes for my husband to view. My husband has had to give up driving because of ongoing eye problems and Alpine Trikes provided the perfect answer for him to, at least, get some of his independent back! He found the one to one tuition provided by Steve was excellent and has been very pleased with the Vale model which he purchased on the day. We would thoroughly recommend Alpine Trikes and the service which they provided.

Could not be more helpful. Replied to telephone calls from myself when they were engaged. Polite,pleasant and knowledgeable. Superb.
