Alpine Trikes Avis 

Had delivery of a new alpine ranger for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Well made great over uneven ground. Exactly what we wanted . Great help with her disability . Thanks again Steve.

Although I didn't buy a bike in the end the service/advice was fantstic.
Would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a bike.

I had a very useful opportunity to try three options and was surprised by the differences in riding experience.
It was only later that I realised that all these trikes would present me with storage problems, being too long as well as too wide to fit through most doors.

Steve was so helpful and friendly. He brought the trike to me for a test ride and went through all the features with me. He was patient and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the product. It was lovely to ride, really easy. It was the first time I'd been on a cycle since a life-changing leg injury, and I felt safe and secure, and a sense of freedom I hadn't had in 4 years. Steve made sure that the trike is test-ridden was the one delivered to me, so the seat was in the right place and it was ready to go. I highly recommend this product and their service.

Helpful run through, but I find the minimum speed somewhat fast.
Surprised that the 200 pound ' delivery charge' was in addition to the trial fee. Promised Manuals very thin on tyre pressure, routine maintenance etc

Man brought trike all the way from Leicester to Dorchester . He was very informative and stayed until Ray could handle the trike. He answered all my emails promptly.

We bought the Alpine Explorer trike and think it’s great. Easy company to deal with bike was delivered and we got full instruction. Would recommend

We took delivery of two Expedition trikes yesterday using the try before you buy option. We live in a hilly area and wanted to be sure that the trikes would be up to the job. Steven delivered both trikes fully assembled and ready to ride. We were given an explanation of all features and an honest assessment of what to expect when first riding a trike. No hard sell, all questions answered using plain English and no attempt to rush us. Steven provided riding tips and clear instructions to help us to get familiarised with the trikes. Paul was also on hand to answer questions whilst Steven set up the trike to suit my wife and helped her to get cycling before returning to the second trike and setting up to suit me.
We cannot praise Steven and Paul enough and we are happy to recommend Alpine Trikes to any prospective buyers. Thank you guys for an excellent experience.

From start to finish very easy and pleasant purchase. Trike was delivered to my door fully assembled and everything explained to me by a very helpful young man. I so love my trike.

Steve was very patient when helping me to get used to the trike. It is a high spec trike and the description on the website is accurate.
It does take a while to adjust to riding with 3 wheels instead of 2. I’m still getting used to it .

Fantastic. Went over to Leicester, where we welcomed and shown a range of electric tricycles. Had a test ride around park area along paths as well as grass, plus slopes etc. Tried different styles but was impressed by the Commando. Was told all about charging, maintenance etc. The one we tried was brand new and was delivered that afternoon to our house in Staffordshire. Also got 14 days free insurance. Bought a high security lock at the same time from Alpine. We were also told we could phone any time if we had problems.Can not fault the service. Thank you dso much for the outstanding service.

As usual prompt service in response to my latest request. Every interaction I have had with staff at Alpine Electric Bikes is always positive. I really enjoy using my tricycle; if you have an interest in E bikes consider Alpine.

I still don't have received the purchase. Way too long.
Also, a tracking number needs to be provided as soon as it is issued by the carrier.

The personal delivery and setup were greatly appreciated. My husband, at 83, absolutely loves his bike. Minor adjustments were needed, but overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Steve brought three trikes for me to try and spent a lot of time explaining the features of each of them .I tried all three and decided that the Commando was the one I liked best , he gave further instruction on that so that I could give it another try .I phoned him after about a week and ordered a Commandowhich he brought over at exactly the day and time I had requested .Altogether a very satisfactory experience .

It was good to have the trike delivered assembled by Steve even though expensive
