Sadly I did not receive my order, emails ignored until I posted on Trustpilot and contacted my bank!
Sadly I did not receive my order, I emailed to find out what had gone wrong and have had no reply. I’ve had to speak to my bank to cancel my visa payment and am waiting for a refund. This has been a very disappointing experience. I can honestly not recommend this company. I have been buying paperbacks slim diaries for approx 15 years and very few suppliers had them this year.
12.11.25. Only just seen the reply from Morgan’s, have emailed just now for the second time. I will keep updating with progress. Order number 58208.
Morgan’s Direct have advised me that they received back the order on 4.11.25 and refunded on 10.11.25. I did not have an email advising this and no mention of any refund, I was also asked if I would amend my Trustpilot review, I believe this was their only reason for contacting me.
The measure of a company is how they deal with a problem. This company ignored me until a review became public, denied having received any email from me (I followed their link provided so this seems improbable) and then they had the audacity to ask me to amend my review.
All emails are sent from morgansdirect.co.uk - no human willing to accept responsibility!

As advised, we did not receive an email from yourself; otherwise, the matter would have been dealt with at that time. Having seen the review, we reached out to assist you. Once we replied, we asked that if the result was satisfactory if you would mind amending the review. I understand you were still not happy, but we refunded the item and emailed you to advise that the item had been returned to us as a rejected item.
I am sorry that we were unable to assist you on this occasion - but please be assured we did not only reach out due to the review.

Really handy diary!
Good product at a good price and quickly delivered. I ordered the same as I had last year and the extra months for forward-planning are very useful.

Super customer service
I chose Morgan's because of the fast delivery time and product pricing.
There was a manufacturing problem with my first order, so I gave them a ring. They couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement was sorted super quickly and that was perfect.
I'd be very happy to use them again in the future.

Just the right size.
Apart from the excellent customer service (kept informed all the time where the package was on its way) the calendar arrived quickly. It is hard to find a calendar of this size, this is just the right size to jot down birthdays, appointments etc. All good 👍.
