Genuinely the best customer service…
Genuinely the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I had an issue with the checkout on the website and contacted customer service. They got straight back to me with a couple of solutions to choose from, plus checked in with me after to make sure the order was going well. Delivery was really quick and it was packed well. And it was the best price I’d seen online for that filing cabinet. I will definitely buy from Morgan’s Direct again!
