Great service
Great service, there was minor an initial problem but this was handled professionally without fuss. I measure any company on how they handle problems no matter how small and Morgans are first class.

Great Customer Service
Placed my order on 6th Feb 2024 and the delivery was lost by the courier. Morgan's resent the order on 9th without hesitation and it arrived the next day.

No items, re funds, no service
I ordered gifts for my children for Christmas in early November giving plenty of time for delivery to Australia. More than a month later I still had no items and when I asked about the delivery I was told they had gone back to warehouse and would have to be re-shipped in 7-20 days so not likely to be in time for Christmas. I have since then emailed 3 times asking about this and have been given a tracking number and told to chase it myself. The tracking number doesn’t exist with Auspost. Not only that but the email signature is just “Samantha” with no contact details. I would just like a refund at this point but no one is even replying in the last week. Very disappointing service.

Excellent, fast service. The Flip-over Birthday/Christmas Card List books I ordered (to replace one I bought in a store 10 years ago?!) are perfect, & arrived well-packed & in good condition. Would definitely recommend Morgan's Direct!

Australia beware
Australia beware, these mob is overseas, you won’t be able to find out where.
Takes a very long time, and am holding my breath, as you do when you realise you sent money to who know where and butterflies in your stomach not knowing if they exist or not.
Update: They are reaching out to me now asking for details. i emailed them repeatedly when my goods were in limbo and never replied.
Turned out it had been in my post office for weeks and their tracking kept showing "in transit". but for the kindness of the local pot office workers who came to my door to warn me my parcel was going back unclaimed. Another example these foreign site treats customers with contempt. I buy stuff on eBay from china and have 100% perfect tracking and delivery. No way I would recommend these to Australian buyers.
