I cannot recommend Gianni and the team at Morguard enough. Gianni really does go above and beyond, and is intrinsically motivated to do the best job possible for his clients. I am very grateful indeed for all of his considerate advice and support through a rather nerve-wracking process. He and the team carried out and put together a really comprehensive survey and report, all of which was explained before and after the survey, with generous support after that. Very many thanks to Gianni and the team!

An easy and positive experience of getting a level 3 survey done through Morguard. Krystal (a female surveyor?! -amazing!) was so so throrough to get every inch of the property assessed. The report was another-level detailed, I was very impressed! Also the booking process through Roassana was really considerate. Communication throughout was great.

Prior to going with Morguard I did a lot of research into finding a surveyor in the area, and I have found Mortguard to be trustworthy, caring, reliable, and rigoruous. What more could you ask for?!

As a first-time buyer it was hard trying to decide on a surveyor for a level 3 survey after hearing about some experiences online. After looking up and comparing 20+ surveyors I landed on Morguard and another, due to a number of factors (ratings, turnaround of report, price and availability, extras), reaching out to both and finally going with Morguard, which I'm glad I did.
I was able to schedule a booking very close to time of instruction (may have been lucky), not only this but the report was delivered before the expected delivery date. On the day of the survey I was unable to receive any calls but called back the next day, which proved invaluable. Guy gave me a detailed walkthrough of what happened on the day, sharing some insight on neighbours and the vendor and highlighted all the current and potential issues of the building. All of this while keeping it simple and speaking to me how he wished his surveyor had when he bought his first property rather than just another client. A few days later I received the report, which was thorough and came with all the expected requirements stipulated by RICS.

To sum up, Morguard have exceeded expectations; they have been flexible, efficient, thorough and considerate. I was able to get a survey done within a very small timeframe, had a really thorough and honest post-survey call and most importantly a comprehensive report. I especially appreciated the call, as it left the impression that they're in your corner looking out for you. Overall I feel reassured knowing exactly what I'm buying, not a feeling one often gets in the property buying process.

Rosanna and Gianni were responsive to all requests and went above and beyond to provide a detailed report on the property we wanted to purchase. We were able to negotiate down our purchase price due to the direct findings of the report and we have been left with a clear idea on what works are required to bring our new property up to modern standards. Really easy to communicate with and you won't go wrong selecting them as your surveyor.

Exceptional level of detail and a thorough evaluation done on our prospective property. The report was comprehensive but also easy to read and draw out the required actions for us as buyers and our legal representatives. For the second time I instructed Moreguard to carry out a survey for a house purchase. On each occasion the report was prepared by Guy Abbott.

Each report was excellent with detailed observations and comments, and at a reasonable cost. I cannot stress how good Moreguard are, Guy in particular.

Excellent experience with Morguard, we were first time buyers and opted for a level 3 survey. Dealing with Rosanna was a delight and our surveyor Ed produced an incredibly thorough report, which helped us renegotiate the price and feel like we fully understood the property we were buying. He also made himself available on several occasions to provide further explanation and give us advice on possible issues we uncovered and that were outside the scope of the survey. We really couldn't have wished for a better service and would absolutely book them again in the future.

Great experience with Morguard. Gianni was brilliant and as he said, he takes a forensic approach with brought many things to our attention. Ours is a victorian terrace in London. As well as being thorough as was the survey report, he talked me through all of it very clearly highlighting solutions too. He talked me through it on a Saturday which felt above and beyond as we were trying to get this through as promptly as possible. Morguard are a bit pricier than others but I would definitely recommend for their service and detail and would use again. Thanks

Very impressed by the service from Morguard. We actually had two surveys done by them and in both cases the level of detail was exactly what was needed. Both surveys were done by Gianni and his professionalism and expertise quickly convinced us that we picked the right company to do the survey. We appreciated the fact that we had a serious conversation with him both before and after the survey. This meant that we could make the surveyor aware of our concerns before the survey and discuss the survey report afterwards. In both cases we received a report of about 90 pages full of photographs which focused on all the visible and relevant aspects of the property. We also appreciated the smooth and professional way Rosanna managed the appointments and commercial arrangments. Full marks on all fronts!

Outstanding service, from the very first contact with Rosanna, answering my queries through the survey process, and beyond. Could not recommend more highly. The survey itself is super detailed (opted for level 3), and provides excellent guidance for next steps. I had very positive experience with Morguard surveyor Simon. I booked level 3 survey of a semi-detached house which we wanted to buy. The survey was done on time. Simon kindly and patiently explained me all the details, findings and limitations, answered all my questions. A couple of days later I received a well-structured detailed report with all necessary photos of good quality. The report also included the cost estimates of all remediation works which helped me a lot in price negotiations with the vendors.

Ed our Surveyor and Rosanna our contact were super helpful. We were purchasing a questionable property with obvious signs of repair. We were quoted by our estate agents builder a price to resolves the issues, however Ed unearthed a lot more problems than initially disclosed and shutdown the intial quote we got. Ed called us after survey and gave us clear a description of the problems which helped us understand the issues and helped aid our choice moving forward.

We are really pleased (and relieved) that we chose Morguard for our Level 3 home buyers’ survey, and would 100 per cent recommend them. Our surveyor, Krystal, was really diligent and thorough in her work, and spotted several potential major issues with the house we planned to buy that had been masked by a recent renovation. Thanks to her care and professionalism, we’ve avoided walking into a purchase that could have ended up costing us a huge amount of time and money that we hadn’t bargained for. While it’s not the outcome we wanted, the survey was definitely money well spent and Krystal was really considerate and helpful in explaining the implications of the issues she identified to us.
