The quality of the report they provided was thorough and detailed, giving me complete confidence in the property I was looking at. I went through a lot of reviews and quotes with different service providers for our home purchase and since this was our first home purchase, we wanted to get an L3 survey done to reassure ourselves. I was skeptical of the all 5* ratings for Morguard but I am really happy to be proved wrong. The surveyor provided to us 'Éd'was excellent, thorough and more than exceeded our expectations. The timeline was given to us prior to booking and it was met to the tee. The survey report looked very intimidating at first with over 150 pages, but it was easy to read and understandable. Ed was available over phone calls to clarify any questions we had and also went beyond to give suggestions based on his experience.

Absolutely faultless. Requested a Level 3 survey for a Victorian property we are purchasing and received a very thorough report. Also, had an issue with accessing the loft to conduct an inspection - surveyors came back free of charge to complete this once we sorted access.Have recommended Morguard to a few other people, all of which have echoed these sentiments of professionalism.

We dis level 3 survey as the house we wanted to purchase needed a lot of work. The team was very professional and informative. The communication great and all questions answered the same day (thank you Rosanna). Surveyor (James) did amazing job and provided a very detailed 60 pages long but very clear report with photos, recommendations. He found so many things we would otherwise missed. The price of the survey was very competitive too. I would definitely recommend their service. Note: they are not structural engineers. They won't check behind walls and under floorboards. This is clearly stated in their T&Cs

Quick turnaround, very very detailed survey (we had done a previous survey with another company elsewhere and this is leagues above other companies). Loads of photos and detail, Morguard clearly take pride in their work. Truly the most professional service.

I am a first time buyer and I was recommended Morguard by my sister in law who used them to do a survey in the last 12 months themselves.

From the start I found Morguard had great communication, organised and generally helpful to meet our requirements. We decided to opt for a L3 survey due to the age and condition of the property.

I had a pre-survey conversation with the surveyor to discuss what I was interested in and concerns I had. That was all taken on board and had a brief post-survey conversation just to cover the headline points. This was also insightful and useful.

The survey report itself was issued within the time period as advertised and it was hugely comprehensive and detailed across everything. It was enormously helpful for us to consider the aspects of the property that had issues and ultimately the report identified a couple of significant problems that we had not seen nor knew the severity of, so much so that we decided to withdraw our offer.

I would recommend and use Morguard again to conduct another house survey in the future.

We used Morguard to survey an old Victorian property in London. Their service was excellent and all responses were timely and of the highest quality.

The report that was produced was also very thorough and the advice they gave was very helpful. I could grasp their willingness to deliver the best service, with helpful and transparent calls both before and after the survey.

We appointed Morguard to undertake 2 property surveys because of its strong reviews on TrustPilot and its proximity to London. The initial response and subsequent survey were timely, professional and thorough. Queries were also responded to in a timely manner. Price for surveys was also competitive. We would definitely use Morguard again.

With regards to the process, it is very smooth. Book an appointment, a few days prior to the survey, there is a call with the surveyor, and another call after the survey has been completed. The survey arrives within 5 working days and it is possible to have another call if needed.

I feel that the expertise of the surveyor was excellent. The report itself was thorough and raised many red flags to do with the property in question. I now have a much better idea as to what I am dealing with if I end up buying the house and what the purchase price should be in order for me to proceed.

I will use Morguard again and would recommend them without hesitation.
