Brilliant service & communication from Tom and Rosanna at MBS - I'm a nervy first time buyer, and alongside a super detailed and very in depth L3 survey, Tom allowed me to get in touch on multiple occasions post report to discuss certain aspects of his findings, which he was not obliged to do. I got an L3 survey on a flat I'm buying. Maybe a little overkill but I wanted to be safe. Ed from Morguard called me pre and post survey to walk me through what he was going to look for and what he found, and went above and beyond offering to look at the building's management pack and discuss any other issues more thoroughly. They delivered the report 4 days after the survey, are quick and efficient in responding, and are just generally nice people to interact with. Would highly recommend!

Ed was absolutely fantastic. We had two incredibly helpful conversations on the phone, both pre- and post-survey, and the report I received (only 3 days after the survey was done) was detailed and so so helpful. I forwarded it to friends and family who were supporting me with my decision on whether to continue with the purchase of the property, and all of them said that 'the surveyor has done a really great job hasn't he'. I wanted a full structural survey undertaken before putting my property on the market, it has been extremely useful in informing me of what work needs to be done. I was very impressed by the survey undertaken by Gianni. Not only his very detailed report itself, but also the time and care taken during the process, including telephone calls before the survey took place, and afterwards to go through additional questions that I had.
There is also very good admin support from Rosanna, emails were answered straight away.

This is the second time in a few months I have used Morguard's services for an L2 survey. I pulled out from my first purchase due to findings I wasn't comfortable with.
I very much appreciate Rosanna's help in setting up another survey quickly and at a special rate no less ;).
I was impressed by Simon's thoroughness last time and requested for him to attend again and the reports were also delivered ahead of time this time around.
Should my purchase go through this time I'm not planning to be on the buy side again anytime soon, but should the need arise in the future I would definitely contact Morguard again!

Great communication, quick turnaround, and very clear documentation made working with Morguard a seamless experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a property. They went out of their way to check every nook and cranny of the building (including the roof!!) and gave a clear account of the state of the property, including suggested replacement costs.
