Best survey. Super responsive office team! The surveyor was incredibly helpful, calling us both before and after the survey to answer our questions. The report was very thorough. I love they included cost estimates. We've had 3 different building surveys in the past 5 years and this was by far the best.

Morguard carried out a most efficient and comprehensive survey of my parents house, at a very reasonable price. The report was issued very quickly, and was clear in its descriptions, observations and recommendations.
Rosanna was then extremely helpful in clarifying the few points that I had for her, and in explaining the implications and significance of any issues raised by the surveyor.

An excellent service - from my initial request for Morguard to carry out a level 3 survey right through to the final report. The initial phone call, the pre-survey call and post survey call were professional, thorough and extremely helpful. The written report was excellent - amazing detail, photos - very thorough - and most useful to me moving on.

From the first contact I made with Rosanna she had briefed me on each step of the Level 3 Home Survey that I had instructed Morguard to do on my behalf. Tom who surveyed the property was very thorough of his findings. With the equipped information in hand I was able to negotiate a reduced price. I asked Rosanna for a hard copy of the report so I can read it hand and she did not hesitate to go the extra mile. Very professional and accommodating I would not hesitate to use or recommend Morguard.

My L3 survey with Morguard was everything I hoped for - and more. Guy and Rosanna were professional, responsive, and impressive. The written survey was brilliantly communicative - clear, comprehensive and focussed, great at highlighting (and classifying) risks and identifying solutions, practical but giving all the detail I needed (and it arrived within 4 days!). The pre-and post-survey calls added even more value - allowing me to raise questions and understand fully how Guy's findings affected me.
