Morguard Building Surveyors Avis 

This was my second time working with Morguard and their level of professionalism in carrying out the work they do has not dropped. They are fast and will accommodate your needs. I needed a L3 survey done and within the same day, my survey was booked by Rosanna and the team. The pre call I received from the surveyor Tom was very helpful as it helped him to know what key areas I wanted him to look out for, and the post call was very detailed highlighting the main findings from the survey. The report itself was detailed and very thorough; I’d recommend Morguard always. Thanks again.

Rosanna and Gianni are both great. From inquiry to completion I was kept in the loop. Gianni contacted me the day before to go over the process and to check if there was anything I wanted investigating in greater detail, which judging by the size of the report, I don't think was possible. Unlike other surveyors where the report is a back covering exercise, Gianni made everything understandable without making it seem like the entire house is going to fall down. Would 100% use again and recommend to friends.

We had Morguard do our survey and I was really impressed by their service. They were extremely thorough in their work and provided everything at a reasonable price. What was most impressive though was that there was a problem that came up later, and what really stood out was the way they handled it – collaborative and solution-focused, without any defensiveness. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morguard to anyone looking for reliable and diligent surveyors, and will seek them out for any future work!

We recently instructed Morguard for a Level 3 Survey. Our correspondence with Rosanna was smooth- emails were always prompt and helpful. Our surveyor Chris was kind and thoughtful throughout. Both the pre-inspection and post-inspection calls were detailed and we felt heard, and not rushed. The report itself was very comprehensive, with clear photographs and descriptions. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Our family has experienced great service from MBS, beginning with Rosanna through to the surveyor, Guy. The attention to detail is top notch, as Guy is very knowledgeable & he provides realistic estimates for any works needed. His guidance and support carries on after production of the survey report and this is customer service at the highest level. My son is a returning FTB customer in the last few years (following an unsuccessful purchase on 2 occasions, due to a chain breaking down and the other had issues with the building), and I know from my involvement that MBS still provide the same quality service and attention. Tom was so so helpful over the phone before and after and so thorough conducting the survey. Explained it all to me so clearly and I got the report back early. So reasonably priced as well!

I recently commissioned a Level 3 Building Survey and was extremely impressed with both the detail and clarity of the report. From start to finish, the service was professional, thorough, and very reassuring.

We contacted Morguard to arrange a survey, and within a day or two Rosanna had already arranged everything with the buyers' estate agent. Our surveyor Guy is clearly highly experienced, provided a detailed and clear report, and was happy to chat with us over the phone multiple times. They were great to work with every step of the way, and we will be reusing them in future!

There are many surveyors, unknown to you, offering their services, and you have no idea if they are any good. I am lucky to have chosen Morguard! It was a middle price, but the surveyor was extremely thorough! I felt really confident about the purchase. He obviously really understands structures, and loves his job. And when I had a question about something he patiently explained logically why it was okay. It was a good choice.

The communication both prior and after the survey has always be prompt and precise. Additionally the report did not leave anything behind and every detail was analysed and explained properly!

Worth every £££!

I contacted Morguard already feeling very confident that I would be giving my instruction to them as I was so impressed reading the reviews beforehand! 100% were 5 stars! wow! and from the first call with Rosanna I wasn't disappointed! This woman is on the ball! consequently, everything was organised in a super timely fashion and I felt in safe hands. Guy was my surveyor who gave me a pre survey call which was very helpful and it was clear that Guy was extremely knowledgable and very interesting too. The survey was very comprehensive and included many photographs. I decided to have a level 3 due to the age of the property and I was happy with the thoroughness, advice and speed at which it was returned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company..they are absolutely tops!
Price wise they weren't the cheapest, nor were they eye-wateringly expensive as some of the estimates I received...they were somewhere in the middle and the price in my opinion was fair.

Excellent customer service, excellent report - I would definitely recommend.

It is rare to see an unblemished 5.0 score on Trustpilot but these guys truly deserve it.
