Rosanna (who is in charge of the operations) has been very responsive from the get go. Gianni has performed a level 3 survey on a Victorian era property with excellent attention to detail - who also tried to find the root cause of all the major defects found. I am glad I chose this company to help me with the survey of my flat. It was slightly more expensive than the other firms but it indicated a more thorough approach.
Most other surveyors I checked came with very mixed reviews and didn't give me enough confidence. What I wanted was a personalized service, attentive to my specific needs and concerns. Someone I could talk to ahead of the survey to discuss my concerns, so that they could apply a extra focus on specific areas.
In fact, I was able to talk to the surveyor before and after the survey, several times, and he helped me a lot in thinking through issues.

From the very start, the service offered by Morguard was outstanding. All of my initial questions were answered fully. When it came to the report, it provided meticulous detail, with photos, addressing issues large and small and provided an assessment of the cost to address those issues immediately along with an analysis of what would be required for a longer term approach. In anddition, Krystal talked through the report with me, annswering any and all of my questions. All in all it was tremendously helpful. I felt in good hands and would most certainly use their services again.
