We had a fantastic experience with Morguard - Rosanna is very helpful and was fast to get back to us and organise the visit. The surveyor, James, has been really attentive, he called us before the visit to discuss our main concerns, as well as after, to let us know his thoughts. The report was sent within a few days as promised and was very detailed. Would recommend!

Had an L3 survey done on a property in Clapham South. Communication was excellent throughout. Our surveyor Tom was very knowledgeable. We had a pre inspection phone call to highlight possible defects as well as two post inspection phone calls to answer any questions I had about the report. He was able to break things down to be easily understood. The report is also extremely detailed. Would recommend to all.

I have used Morguard three times now. The first time, my surveyor was Gianni, who went absolutely above and beyond – he managed to arrive when there was a bit of a flood (of wastewater, so especially pleasant) happening in the property and, wait for it, tried to stop the flood with his hands! He then produced not only a very detailed report but also a very long, reassuring and somewhat therapeutic phone chat to me and my husband. I was upset to learn that I was assigned another surveyor, Jack, on a different occasion, but he was also very thorough (luckily no need to stop waste water in that property), and on the third occasion Tom was equally thorough in his report and considerate in his communications. The speed and smoothness of all communications were also top notch (including evenings and weekends). I mean, if everything was as easy as dealing with these guys the world would be a better place, and the real estate world a tad less traumatic!
