Morley Stove Company Ltd Avis 

Had a look online for a new AGA kettle. I always look at reviews and was impressed with those posted for the Morley Stove Company.
Online ordering and payment was easy and it was delivered by Royal Mail 2 days later. Free delivery and on line tracking/updates were additional bonuses. Very pleased with the kettle which was received in robust packaging marked with ‘fragile’ stickers.
Unlike other AGA distributors which I’ve used in the past there was no need for follow up calls or chasing of the order.
Most impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely use them again.

Great product at a good price swiftly delivered by an excellent company.
We ordered an Ono Koda 12 Gas fired Pizza oven. It was at the best price we could find on a google search and it arrived the next day.

From when we visited the showroom, the process of purchasing and installing our log burner was seamless.

We always try to use smaller and independent vendors even if the price is a little higher and takes longer. However the purchase we made was actually cheaper that the rainforest based company, the comms with Morley Stove was great as it came really quickly. I particularly loved that the package was very clearly hand wrapped in brown paper but meticulously even though it was just for sending. This is the kind of small thing that makes it clear they care about their customers

Best company ever! When we moved into our new home, we inherited an old Aga. Whilst we loved using it, we wanted to replace it with a range cooker that was more efficient and which we could control. Luke and Nicola at Morley Stoves advised us on all the different options and in the end we chose the Everhot 150i which we have loved from the start. We were so happy with the service at Morley’s that we then asked Luke to help us replace a log burning stove and redesign the fire surround/hearth. Again, this worked beautifully and we’re delighted with the result. Would 100% recommend this wonderful company!

Ordered a pizza oven for my husbands birthday, very impressed with the prompt delivery. Great value too. Absolutely love our purchase.
Only thing I would say is that the tracking info was not updated correctly, the day it was delivered I received an email to say it has been "shipped", this arrived after delivery. I nearly got busted by hubby as I didn't know it was coming and the box had Ooni written all over it! :0) All was well, I was able to whisk it away before he noticed.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Everybody from office staff to the fitters were unbelievably helpful and efficient. Had several visits to showroom emails and phone call enquiries all very patiently answered. Had a great deal of help from everyone. Can’t praise this company enough

Got to give this Company 5 Stars for their excellent Customer Services, especially Nicola who helped me all through my buying process, she has the patience of a Saint and helped me all the way answering all my probably daft questions.

Received my fire promptly yesterday so everything ran 100% smoothly and the cost was excellent compared to other Companies.

All in all I cannot recommend Morley's high enough, well done everyone.
