Morley Stove Company Ltd Avis 

I bought a product from Morley Stove, which within a few hours I had found cheaper on another site. I wrote to them to ask for a price match or cancellation… though they do not price match they very kindly offered that I could purchase more from that brand to make up the difference I would have saved and they also offered to send it the next day for free! Great customer service!

We used Morley Stoves to fit a log burner in our kitchen. From the moment we stepped into their Ware based showroom we received exceptional customer service and knowledge. We were given excellent guidance and advice on the most appropriate log burner and positioning of it in our chosen room. We were kept fully updated throughout and found the whole team to be really friendly and knowledgeable.

All of our communication were with a very pleasant member of staff named Maddie, she was extremely knowledgable and made our purchase incredibly easy For that reason we thank you Maddie and Morley Stove.
The show room was amazing with a huge display of BBQ's and accessories. We could play with all the BBQs and got a good feel what we were looking for.

The install was not the simplest with an extra high chimney stack and a bend in the chimney requiring delicate manoeuvring for the flu pipe. The installation team did a great job, especially with cold weather conditions. Apart from their perseverance the team were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend Morley Stoves for excellent customer service from the initial enquirey, helping select the right stove, survey, installation and after sales.

Ordered a pizza oven between Christmas and new year, requested that the item was delivered after a certain date as we were away at the time. This request was adhered to. Great service and product was a good price too. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again.

3 days before Christmas I was let down on a present I ordered directly from the manufacturer a week ago. Morley Stoves were the only shop with stock on Google so put in an order yesterday (Friday 22nd) with free delivery being the only available option and didn’t hold out much hope of it arriving in time. I dropped an email asking if they could try their best to get it out in time, to which Maddy quickly responded and confirmed it had been sent. Imagine my surprise when first thing the next day (today) Royal Mail deliver the gift!
