Website claimed to have item in stock. Ordered with expectations of it arriving to have nothing. I had to chase my order up to be told it’s been pushed back 2 weeks. They didn’t even inform me of any delays, very unprofessional would 100% NOT RECOMMEND..
now chasing up a refund.

As others have written this is a rubbish company that state items are in stock and delivered in two days, but had I not emailed chasing my order then I never would have found out that they are having ‘fulfilment’ issues and can’t supply it for several weeks.

Haven’t gone through the pains of getting a refund yet but if they take ages like others have stated I’ll just do a chargeback.
Ruined my Halloween plans.

Item never arrived despite company claiming it had been delivered. Can only communicate via email which is slow and difficult- there is no customer service phone number. Had to chase for a refund which took 6 days to arrive which is too long imo. Poor overall service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I never write reviews, especially bad ones however my pisspoor experience with this company has lead me to write this. There was a problem with my order which they did not let me know until I emailed them 4 times asking where my order is. They do not have any phone numbers for the company to allow a call. They surely take the money right away but delay and delay for a refund. This is a terrible company to deal with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Find a more reputable company to deal with, They are out there.

No problems at all, and products all very good quality! In fact my son says it's the best costume he's had EVER!

Tried contacting the seller through their contact box on their website but have not received any confirmation/reply. Shipping information provided is not compatible with any of the carriers mentioned on their website. Felt that this was a dishonest sale as their website states ".com.au" but shipments are made from the UK and this information is not mentioned up front. Still haven't received costumes so I will be escalating this further to get my money back.

5 morphsuits besteld voor een project maar helaas allemaal niet kunnen gebruiken door het grote logo wat erop staat. Dit word niet vermeld op de website en is niet zichtbaar op de foto's.
Helaas is terugsturen geen optie omdat het bedrijf in Engeland gevestigd zit, waardoor er hoge verzendkosten bij komen kijken. Ook jammer aangezien ik ervan uit ging dat ze in Nederland gevestigd waren omdat het een Nederlandse site is.

Helemaal niet tevreden en zal er nooit meer iets bestellen en iedereen afraden.

The spiderman morphsuit was as described. Perfect fit. Needed it fast, and honestly I didnt think I would get it in time. Lives in Norway, and usually it takes a week even with express. BUT arrived the next day 🙌

As I was writing before very poor customer service try to contact them several times just once I got the answer which says we will process your refund on Monday you will get money by the end of the week since then no one even reply to my email as I said I'm waiting almost month for refund from this company this is unbelievable AVOID !!!

Website was dishonest, showing conflicting prices on website versus what was in the cart. The Australian fronted page doesn't disclose that these items are coming from the UK and are not Australian stock, further investigation shows that Regional Australia can incur shipping 4 times the cost of Metro areas. If in Australia use someone local or Amazon

I had to send back the morphsuit as it didn’t fit correctly I have sent it back to them on the 18th of November and I still have not heard anything back from them nor received my refund I have checked the tracking number for the return on Royalmail website and it says it has been delivered when I try to track my refund on morphsuits website it says that it hasn’t been received so now I’m out of £35

Ordered a morphsuit, the product was slightly faulty, emailed customer service and received an instant response. Laura was extremely helpful and rectified the problem.

Only ordered from this company, because they promised their "express delivery" service would be next day......NOPE ! Honestly, I wish I had checked the reviews first, if I did, I would have seen that this is not a trustworthy company. Also, not sure where they get 4.6 stars out of 5? Check out the reviews on here, around 70% are 1 stars

I ordered a costume for Halloween and initially everything was great. Good website, good costumes, easy to order and pay and tracking was easy too.
Unfortunately, not Morphsuits fault at all, Hermes didn´t deliver my order and as usual their tracking is awful.
I emailed customer support at Morphsuits to explain what happened. A lovely lady called Laura got straight back to me, apologised and sent me a replacement order with DPD immediately. In the meantime Hermes had delivered my initial order. I let Laura know and she kindly said to give the replacement order to Charity. Customer Service at it´s best! Things can go wrong in any business, especially when you rely on third parties, but what makes a business great is how they deal with an issue and these guys, in particular Laura did an amazing job. I highly recommend them. Thank you Laura and Morphsuits.

BEWARE - items shipped from the UK, even Morphsuits Canada. Import and duty fees must be paid so your item will end up being much more expensive than it appears.

Last year I ordered from this store because I was in need of a costume for Halloween. I was surprised how fast the shipping was! I didn't expect anything from this store so when the package arrived I was surprised. I had a lot of fun with my Slenderman costume! Everyone loved it :) I will definitely order again if I need a costume!! Thank you Morphsuits!

Customer support was outstanding. I ordered a spiderman costume which arrived quickly and it's amazing quality. It was purchased as part of a surprise for a childs birthday and I'm so happy with it. It's one of the best spiderman costumes I've seen, very realistic!
I had a few queries prior to dispatch and the customer support advisor was very quick to reply to emails and answer my questions.
Can't fault anything, super happy customer 🙂

Ordered St Pattys skirt and pants - paid express shipping - arrived 3/13 for a fundraiser that night . Skirt was too tight - tried it on in carpeted closet . Sent back 3/30 in package tags on - they returned it said it was dirty . Barely could see marks poss from box or they may have dropped it on warehouse floor . Would have ordered bigger size for next year but now NO WAY ! They should have returned it and sold it at 1/2 price . Pants were hit on my husband . He’s ordered twice - won’t again ! Quality not great either !

Delivery was excellent.

Delivery is only reason it got 2 stars otherwise it would be 1 and I wish I could put 0. outfit was poorly made, the Velcro tack bits didn't connect as they put the same Velcro tack on both parts. worse than that the outfit tore before school was finished. I've paid cheaper and had much better quality. I will never purchase again.
