Seriously bad clothing
Seriously bad clothing. I ordered a Blue Dancing Queen Ladies outfit. The trousers were hipsters (just about) with seriously flimsy elastic aged waist.
Perfect if you want trousers that fall down!
Don’t go near a naked flame in them!

Achtung Betrug
Achtung Betrug! Ich habe zwar den Artikel erhalten (allerdings auch nicht, wie versprochen nach wenigen Werktagen, hat sicher zwei Wochen gedauert und erst nach mehrmaligem Anfragen). Allerdings hat das Kostüm dann nicht gepasst und ich hab es zurückgeschickt. Erster Schock: keine Rücksendeadresse in Deutschland, sondern nur in den Niederlanden. D.h. extrem hohe Rücksendekosten, da man diese selber tragen muss. Artikel trotzdem zurückgesendet und nie mehr Geld gesehen! Unbedingt Finger weglassen!

Nog steeds mijn geld niet terug
Nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. 2 discopakjes voor een discoparty besteld, daarvan 1 gehouden de andere was te klein. Die terug gestuurd. Helaas heeft mijn man mijn retourbewijs van post nl weggegooid. Verder wel alles in de mail gezet met daarin de betalingen van deze pakjes aan Morphsuits, ook van de post verzending. Meerdere mails gestuurd en blijven steeds het zelfde zeggen, terugbetalingsverzoek voorlopig niet verwerken, we moeten wachten tot het magazijnteam het retourpakket heeft ontvangen. Het pakketje al op 3 februari verstuurd.

Keine Rückerstattung erhalten
Im Januar 2023 habe ich einen Artikel bei Morphsuits bestellt und zurückgeschickt. Da Morphsuits daraufhin hinwies, ich solle am besten mit Zustellbestätigung zurücksenden, habe ich dies auch getan. Der Artikel ist Mitte Februar bei der Firma in NL eingetroffen, ich warte seitdem trotz mehrfacher Nachrichten auf die Erstattung von über 40 Euro. Ich habe lediglich eine Antwort erhalten, dass ich den Zustellnachweis schicken solle. Eine Erstattung erfolgte auch dann nicht. Die gesamte Abwicklung erscheint mir systematisch hinhaltend zu sein. Ich würde dort keinesfalls wieder bestellen.

Unterirdische Produkte & Kundenservice
Noch nie so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt. Habe eine aufblasbare Aubergine gekauft. Ja, ich weiß... Die Arm-und Beinöffnungen sind so eng, dass man enorm eingequetscht wird. Auch die Öffnung für das Gesicht ist passend für einen Säugling. Hier kommen klaustrophobische Gefühle auf. Die Qualität des Produkts ist extrem minderwertig. Nachdem ich Bilder und eine freundliche Mail bezüglich Rückerstattung geschrieben habe, kam nur eine Standardantwort. Meine Frage nach einem kostenfreien Retourenlabel wurde komplett ignoriert. Retouren aus Deutschland müssen in die Niederlande geschickt werden und sind selbst zu tragen. Kosten um die 10€. Obwohl an dem Kostüm deutliche Mängel zu beanstanden sind. Leider einen Kunden enttäuscht. Nie wieder!

Stay away from this scammer!
They promise orders processed in 4 working days, but they want your money without giving you the goods.
I placed an order and after a week I contacted the seller, because I hadn't even received a tracking number.
They tell me that my order has been lost due to the courier.
They put another one, but it failed, because the address was wrong. They issued a new one for the third time and told me it would ship a week after notification! Finally they told me that the third attempt had also failed.
15 days have passed since the promised 4 days and I still haven't received a Tracking Number. I had to report this to Paypal to get my money back.

I ordered some Halo Master chief gloves for my sons xmas gift. I received emailed confirmation from DPD about delivery “we have received details. Just waiting for your parcel”
I emailed and emailed and emailed. Wrote on social media sites to them. I ordered on the 1.12.2022 and now on 12.12.2022 I have yet to receive any item, or any communication to all my emails I have sent!
Absolutely shocking and I wish I had searched out reviews before ordering!!

Komt leverafspraken niet na. Contact onmogelijk.
Morphsuits biedt een Expresslevering aan bij bestellingen vanuit Nederland. Levercondities van deze optie worden niet nagekomen.
Bestellingen worden vanuit Engeland verzonden. Dat betekent dat retourneren al snel € 30,- kost. Deze kosten zijn voor eigen rekening.
Klantenservice reageert niet snel op mails en er is geen andere mogelijkheid om contact op te nemen met hiet bedrijf. Berichten op sociale media worden automatisch beantwoord dat het niet mogelijk is om contact te zoeken via social media en er staat geen telefoonnummer op de site.

Snelle levering, groot logo op pak
Het pakket was snel geleverd. Heel fijn! Nadeel: alleen met creditcard betalen (geen ideal) en het logo staat super groot op de achterkant van het pakje. Super duf. Nu 2 dagen bezig om dat eraf te krijgen. Pak mag wel wat goedkoper als je reclame gaat lopen lijkt me. Ga geen 40 euro betalen om voor jullie reclame te lopen, gekkies.

Great customer service
Unfortunately 1 of the Halloween costumes that I ordered arrived damaged. The other was too small for my son so I needed to return both. I emailed Morphsuits and they replied quickly asking for a photo of the damaged costume and offered a full refund. Once I supplied the photo, with a couple of days I'd received a full refund for both costumes plus a refund of the postage I'd paid. Great customer service, good communication and timely responses. I would highly recommend Morphsuits.

I had a great experience
I saw the bad reviews after placing the order and was hit with dread.
Fortunately, I couldn't be happier.
The delivery was next day and the adult reaper suit is incredible.
Have just stopped for a quick coffee and to leave this review and then i'm getting straight back in it for a run around.
love it.

Avoid this company!!!!!
Where do I start with this company, ordered a suit, changed my mind & wanted to cancel a few hours later. Stated the next day that they can’t cancel and shipping will still be done. Forcing people to take an order. Claimed through PayPal got my money back straight away now getting emails telling me to send back at my expense… don’t think so you can send a pre paid sticker. Word of advice always pay with PayPal and also read trustpilot reviews. Horrible company avoid at all costs.

Do not buy suits from this company! I ordered a costume and paid for express delivery (1 working day). It’s now been three working days since I ordered and I’ve had no responses to emails or contact cards. They do not have a contact number and now it’s clear why. At the moment, it feels like a scam and I have no idea whether I’ll actually receive the costume. Highly recommend using a different company.

Business 2 day shipping is actually FedEx economy. Arrived 7 days after ordered. Customer service ignored 5 emails. Wish I had read reviews. Do not recommend buying from this company.

Don't give back refunds!!!
One star is still too much! I ordered a costume for world book day just in time for it to arrive the day before they celebrate at school!
The day before its supposed to arrive I get an email explaining they encountered a fulfilment issue at their warehouse that had caused a significant delay to it being shipped. And a refund will be processed within 3-7 working days.
it's been longer than that and still haven't received my refund!!
I emailed and complained and I just get ignored!
So yes.. I've stooped this low to leave a review.. I wish I could swear in this review (:

Excellent Costume and Fast Delivery!
There are a lot of bad reviews on here for some reason and I’m not sure why. My experience has been excellent! I ordered a Minecraft kids costume on Sunday evening and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon. The costume itself is good quality and my son absolutely loves it! The costume and delivery service were exactly as described. I will definitely use Morphsuits again in the future.

Zero customer service and reluctant to refund
Just a truly awful returns process with zero customer service. I’d returned a costume on 2/11/21 due to poor quality and they failed to issue a refund & ignored multiple emails for over 2 weeks before saying I’m on a refund list?! Nah. You can’t call them as they do not have a number. Eventually I filed a dispute via PayPal which was obviously decided in my favour 2 days later. If you’re going to buy a morphsuits make sure you do it via Amazon so you have amazon’s easy returns and refund process. Or if the costume you want isn’t on Amazon and you have to buy directly then make sure you pay via PayPal so you have the benefit of their resolution centre. Morphsuits need to step their game up. Pathetic all around.

Stay away. I ordered for my kids for Halloween, didn’t arrive so I emailed and FB messaged - no response. I then emailed to ask for a phone number, they replied instantly to say they only had email but failed to respond to any further emails from me. Luckily I paid by PayPal and they retrieved the money for me! Avoid!
