Hi Rose, first of all, we're sorry to hear about your poor experience. All orders are shipped on a next business day service & in our experience, over 90% of those arrive within that timescale. Very occasionally, it can take the courier 2 business days for delivery, but this is mentioned on our checkout.
If you have not done so already, please contact support@morphsuits.co.uk and we'll assist you with this. It goes without saying that, if you have not received your order we will arrange for a refund for you.
Upset and unsatisfied customer
I bought my nephew a costume for Halloween next week! and it was delivered absolutely filthy and dirty! Unacceptable considering I paid $45 including shipping! Sent an email to get this resolved asap!

Quick delivery and decent quality
I had unfortunately read all of the negative reviews after placing an order so started to panic, but I had no issues with them whatsoever. I have just knocked a star off as you don’t receive a confirmation email which is slightly unsettling. Other than that I can’t fault them, the delivery was super fast and the costumes I ordered (Men’s and women’s ringmaster costumes) were decent quality for the price.

We can confirm that when you placed your order, a technical hitch on our website meant the order confirmation emails weren't being sent correctly. This lasted about 5 days and has long been fixed now, so rest-assured any future orders would not encounter this issue again :)

...Skeleton costume. No mouth opening. No toiletries opening. Company advertising across rear. Rear zipper is TOTALLY impractical. Just hope there is a returns policy

The costume does have many photos and a detailed description on our website as to what it entails, however we do accept returns within 30 days for unwanted items provided they are returned in the same condition in which you received them.

Non so se sono stata fortunata io, ma ho effettuato un ordine prima di aver letto queste recensioni. A me l’ordine è filato liscio come l’olio, arrivato tutto nei tempi indicati e avendo avuto un dubbio e scritto una mail, ho anche ricevuto assistenza immediata.

No customer service. Faulty fan
The fan stopped working and the company refuse to communicate with me as I have misplaced my order number. Although this is the only company that creates these costumes, so im unsure why an order number matters

Bad experience.
The company promises a 1-2 days shipping but it is false. Whit the tracking number they sent you, you can understand that is not 1-2 days but 5-15 days !!!

Don't believe all the bad reviews
Ordered a costume on Sunday evening. It was delivered by lunchtime on the Tuesday. Because I hadn't received a confirmation email by the Monday I emailed their customer services. They responded in less than 24 hours to tell me that my order was out for delivery.
The costume is good quality and fits well. All in all they have been a Reay good company to buy from.
The only complaints I have are the lack of confirmation email and my order number not being recognised when I tried to track via their website.
However their prompt response to my email and prompt delivery has more than made up for it.

So ein schlechtes Kostüm habe ich…
So ein schlechtes Kostüm habe ich selten gesehen, durchsichtig und ganz mieser Stoff. Für 50 Euro ne Ansage. Bei Retouren muss man saß ganze in die Niederlande schicken, versichert auf eigene Kosten. Da kann man es eher in Tonne kloppen. Defintiv hier nicht bestellen.

Gegen Aufpreis per Expresslieferung bestellt, kam trotzdem zu spät an. Wollte es dann wieder zurückschicken, aber es ist fast unmöglich auf der Website herauszufinden, wie man an ein Retouren-Label kommt. Ich empfehle nicht hier zu kaufen, besonders nicht, wenn es eilig ist.

Billigkostüm aus Fernost, anders als auf dem Bild
Hallo, ich habe bei Morphsuits ein Kostüm bestellt. Im Original sah es total billig aus und nicht so wie auf dem Bild im Internet. Ich musste für die Rücksendung 10,50 Euro bezahlen, da die Ware in die Niederlande zurückging. Auf emails antwortete mir nur der Automat und obwohl die Ware anders aussah als auf dem Bild, bekam ich keine Erstattung der Transportkosten.
Fazit: Billigzeug aus China zu hohen Preisen und Versandkosten

Not bad at all
I read the many negative reviews only after placing the order, and I was a little worried, also because I never received any email, either order confirmation or shipping confirmation. However, the package tracking link provided by filling out the order status request form works very well.
The package arrived a day late (which is ok), and the costume (horror clown for boys) was really very nice and also not bad in terms of workmanship.

Spiderman pak besteld, heel erg nice. Netjes tijdig binnen ook. Enige nadeel wat ik zou kunnen noemen is dat je behoorlijk weinig ziet wanneer je de masker eenmaal op hebt.

Power rangers blue dino fury
Voor mijn kleinzoon was ik op zoek naar een Power rangers kostuum voor zijn verjaardag. Ik kwam terecht op deze website. Nadat ik de bestelling had geplaatst kreeg ik geen bevestiging per email. Daarna ging ik reviews checken. Er waren zoveel negatieve reviews, dat ik mij zorgen begon te maken.
Gelukkig viel het reuze mee. Het pakketje werd 2 dagen later geleverd. De track & trace werd ook gestuurd. Het kostuum ziet er uit zoals op de foto.
Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Niet bestellen!
Niet bestellen! De pakken komen niet overeen met de foto's. Kleuren kloppen niet en er staat heel groot "morphsuites" op het pak, want je niet ziet op de foto's.
Klantenservice is slecht: reageren met een 1 zin en doen alsof jij gek bent.
Retourprocedure: terugsturen naar Engeland op jouw kosten. Vervolgens krijg je niet je geld terug.
Ga langs een partyshop of zo, dat is de beste keus.
