I need a costume for Mardi Gras and I found this tux. I honestly didn't think I would get it in time but I did. The shipping was fast and when I got the suit it fit. Amazing. I will order from them again.

Ordering was easy. Costume was nice
Ordering was easy. Delivery was as promised. Sizing of costume was accurate and conformed to the sizing chart.
Only one minor complaint and a suggestion:
Complaint-- The yellow banana part of the costume had a couple red streaks on it like some kind of dyed liquid had been spilled on it
Suggestion-- The lower part of the banana could use some stuffing to give it some shape. I put some packages of gauze and a neck pillow in there to give it some shape.

Unfortunately my costume never arrived
Unfortunately my costume never arrived, but this was the fault of the courier Evri, not Morphsuits. They sent out a replacement (also lost my Evri) and then refunded me once I informed them that the outfit had not arrived in time for the occasion. So i cannot speak for the quality of the products but the customer service was fantastic.

Two attempts and zero packages
Initial order placed, delivery estimate 2 days. Chased after a week and told it had been lost during pick up by courier. Replacement order arranged for next day delivery. Chased that two days later, had a dispatch issue and was also lost. Told I’d get a refund instead. That takes 7 days apparently. Will be quicker than delivery in that case.
Completely incapable of fulfilling orders.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, placed my order fine. But when I didn't recieve it, I got in touch with them and they said they lost it. They gave me a refund, but no apology. I definitely won't be using them again or recommending them.

Bad then goodish
I have given a 3 star as unfortunately they did not post out the item required in the specified time BUT they have recognised this issue and have given a refund. I haven't received the refund yet but it is early days. Im sure they will come good.

Would highly recommend to family and friends to use this company. Great choice of outfits at a good prize , very quick delivery as well. Had a bit of a mix up with the size of costume when delivered. After one email to customer support it was dealt with very quick and very professional and had the right size delivered the next day.

Great quality and very fast delivery
My daughter loves the dragon outfit and the quality is brilliant. I ordered very last on the Sunday night, and it was with me Monday! Unbelievably quick. Will be my first place to look in the future

Hände weg!
Das bestellte Kostüm kam an und stank absolut abartig nach Schweiß. Ich habe 2 Mal an den Support geschrieben - keine Reaktion. Bei der dritten Mail und mit Androhung bei Paypal eine Fall auf zu machen, kam eine Antwort. Ich sollte ein Bild als Nachweis senden?! Komplett sinnlos. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Frist ja abgelaufen sei um das Kostüm zurückzugeben, meine beiden ersten Mails, die in der Frist gesendet wurden seien nie angekommen. Dann kam das großzügige Angebot, dass man mir 50% des Preises erstatten könnte. Danke für nicht, habe also immer noch 20€ für Müll bezahlt!!

Wenn die Rücksendung 22,68 Euro kostet, sollte man sich sehr genau überlegen, dort etwas zu bestellen. Dieser Tipp kam für mich leider zu spät.

Bestell ich nie wieder!
Sehr positiv: die Ware ist sehr schnell angekommen und im erwartbaren Zustand.
Leider ist der Kundendienst nicht zu erreichen. Rücksendeprozess in die Niederlande maximal untransparent und ohne Hilfe!
