I have wanted a Morphsuit for years especially for Halloween. This year I brought the Skeleton one. Absolutely loved it, was sad taking it off. Will definitely buy another one for other events during the year.

Appalling quality - arrived later than advertised, therefore couldn't be changed before event it was bought for. One of the gaiters was missing; Zip broke before i even tried it on; One of the adjustable skirt straps was sewn in back to front at one end, therefore useless. Had to pay a local tailor as much as i paid for the outfit to repair it and make it wearable before the event as i had no time to shop for another outfit. NEVER again. I have fed directly back to the seller and have not received a reply as yet - perhaps they're inundated with complaints....

I ordered an Optimus Prime costume for my son and it was a very easy purchase experience. The delivery was speedy as well. My son was over the moon with it and we had loads of fun on Halloween. The only thing I have to say I was skeptical about was the fact that it had no size mentioned on the buying page, since my son is a bit taller than other children his age. But it fitted really well. Great purchase

Kids black morph suit arrived within expected delivery and as expected. Good quality and happy with the price.

Ordered the grim reaper outfit along with the mask. This arrived next day and the quality was great. We had a blast at our halloween party and highly recommend. My son also ordered Kim Jong Un outfit which also arrived next day and was high quailty. Highly recommend!

Purchased the 10ft inflatable pumpkin outdoor decor and surprised my Daughter with it. She was delighted! Everyone mentioned it when they came to trick or treat. Coming back for more next Halloween!

Absolutely rubbish company, order not delivered, no communication at all and no refund for non delivered item. Avoid like the plague. I too would give zero stars if it were an option.

Voor mijn kleinzoon had ik een verkleedpak besteld. De bestelling is binnen 2 dagen aangeboden aan GLS en daar ging het fout. Pakket is niet bij mij aangekomen en werd geretourneerd. Ik heb dit gemeld bij Morphsuits. Zij boden direct aan het pak opnieuw te verzenden of ik kon mijn geld terugkrijgen. Binnen 2 dagen had ik het nieuwe pak in mijn bezit (deze keer via DHL). Complimenten dus voor de bereikbaarheid en perfecte klantenservice

I ordered an outfit for a stag do for however I put in the wrong address. Unfortunately they did not receive my email in time before it was shipped and the order was delivered to the wrong address, albeit within the timeframe stated.

I email the company again to inform them of my predicament and got a reply swiftly. After a bit of further investigation, the company very kindly offered me a full refund which they said would take approximately a week. I received the payment today after only 5 days.

The communication from the company was very polite and they seemed genuinely empathetic towards the situation. They didn’t have to offer me a refund, however did so out of the kindness of their heart.

Although I didn’t receive the outfit in the end (as there wasn’t time to order another before the stag do) I would recommend this company. I know there are a few negative reviews on here, but my personal experience with Morphsuits has been overwhelmingly positive and would shop with them again.

In conclusion, the shipping was quick (maybe too quick for my predicament haha) and the customer service was brilliant.

Morphsuits systems corrupted my delivery address with the house name and street correct, but the town and post code in a completely different part of the country. Evri are now trying to deliver to an address that doesn't exist and I have tried to contact Morphsuits via email and on their website but they have just said it's the address on my profile and ignored the issue of sending to an incorrect address I didn't enter. I will now not get this in time for my little boys party (if at all) and have no response on refunding my money.

Placed on order for 8 wrestler costumes arrived within 48 hours, everyone loved them. Will defo look here again in The future if need a costume!!
