Poor Experience
Poor Experience – Hidden Charges and No Response
Ordered tile samples and was hit with unexpected delivery charge that wasn’t clearly stated. Reached out to customer service, no reply at all. Other companies offer samples for free or a small, upfront fee. Disappointing and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for your feedback, though we’re disappointed to read your review.
We’d like to clarify a few key points to ensure our service is accurately represented:
• VAT and delivery costs are clearly displayed throughout the checkout process on our website. At no point are these charges hidden.
• We offer free delivery on up to 5 samples, and this is clearly promoted during the ordering journey.
• Additionally, if a customer places a full order with us, the cost of up to 5 samples is refunded in full.
It appears you have missed all this information across our website, where all other customers utilise and enjoy these services.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

Very quick and good easy service
Very quick and good easy service, good products and exactly what I was expecting… one thing for me which so many companies get wrong is, it was easy to find what I wanted, site was easy to navigate.

Prompt and well packaged
Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Only issue I have is that my order was small quantity however delivery charge was the same even if I had ordered a large quantity so I felt that the charge was high

Bagged a real bargain!
Bagged a real bargain!
Great tiles at an unbelievable price. The company had reduced the tile from £26.26 to £6.30, when other retailers were still selling at £21.04 and 31.95 per tile.
Ordering was simple and delivery quick. Overall a great customer experience.

Hi Mike,
We’re extremely disappointed to receive this review — especially after we spoke with you directly, resolved the issue, and arranged a collection for return.
As is clearly stated across our website, we strongly advise customers to order a sample first, as colours can vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and device type. Despite this, we still supported you fully and acted promptly to help.
To then leave us a 1-star review after we acted fairly and professionally is not only disheartening, it feels unjust. We offer a no-quibble refund policy and do everything we can to make the online buying experience smooth and reliable.
We welcome feedback — but it should reflect the full picture, including how a business responds when something isn’t quite right.
