Mosaic Village Avis

Nice mosaic tiles, quick delivery and good price.

Very happy with the delivery time for the product and its quality.

I recently had the most wonderful experience shopping for tiles at Mosaic Village. I was initially browsing at a local tile shop and came across some absolutely gorgeous mosaic tiles. However, when I did a quick online search, I was thrilled to find that Mosaic Village was selling the exact same tiles at a much more affordable price. I was over the moon!

I wasted no time in placing my order with Mosaic Village. I did mention that I needed the tiles urgently, as I was working to complete a new bathroom renovation and needed them by the following Tuesday. The team at Mosaic Village was so accommodating—they replied to my email within just a few hours and assured me they would do their best to have the tiles delivered in time.

True to their word, the tiles arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I'm absolutely delighted with how they look in the new bathroom - the colours and patterns are simply stunning. Mosaic Village really went above and beyond to ensure I had the tiles I needed when I needed them. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for high-quality, budget-friendly mosaic tiles. Thanks Mosaic Village!

Very quick to deliver. Excellent quality

Super fast delivery of some quality tiles

Very efficient from ordering to early delivery just a shame colour of tiles didn’t match existing tiles (as another company’s did) where we were trying to fill a gap following water leak.

Good website
Lovely tiles dispatched in a timely manner
Delivery service
Let them down as they were not helpful
When they delivered and complained at having to move anything

Bought the tiles but they were not like the picture.
So they don’t match.

Quick ordering service. Fast delivery. Good quality just wasn’t what we were looking for.

Quality product, delivered on time fantastic value for money. 5 star service

Brilliant communication.
Samples delivered very quickly.
Gorgeous tiles.
Now just have to choose which one!
Thanks so much for the great service - was let down by another company which caused a lot of stress. Thanks for helping us out with our refurb!

Received sample promptly thank you.

Phoned to place order and advisor was friendly and helpful. Product arrived next day, well packaged.

Ok here’s what’s great: the tiles were fantastically priced and probably the nicest mosaics I came across in my search. When I actually placed my order delivery was next day and the items were securely packaged.

Here’s what’s not so great: I believed I had ordered on Friday 3rd of May, when my order hadn’t arrived by the Wednesday of the next week and I had received no communication I tried to contact them (it was a bank holiday weekend so I allowed more time) I had checked out with PayPal and I was given an order number- I didn’t realise that even though I was provided these details I still had to scroll to the bottom (on my phone it wasn’t visible) to actually confirm the order. This could be made clearer.

I also messaged to ask about tile backers and if these would work with my rectangular mosaic and if these could be added to my order on the Tuesday and I got no response. Not even a “sorry there’s no order with this order number”

When my builder told me he needed the tiles by Friday I panic ordered realising the order hadn’t been placed and as I wasn’t sure about the tile backers I didn’t buy them- now I’ve got a grumpy builder moaning about them not being the same thickness as the other tiles and I’ve had to order some from Amazon at a much more expensive price. Could have been avoided and worked out cheaper for me.
