Ordered a stitched suit that came with horrible stitching and was Torn right in the front. Imagine paying 8k on a suit only to throw it away in rubbish

Do not order from them!!! 4 mths ago I ordered 5 tops, THEY say they sent them, but I never received them. They told me they would resend them, but never did. When I demanded a refund, they stopped responding to me. SCAM!!

Worst experience, i have ordered stitched dresses, totally waste of money, size is awful, fabric is torn from shoulder and there are stitches which is showing that you already knew fabric is not usable, please don't sell anything to anyone

The fabric is ok. But the colours of trouser and shirt are dark and light, not matching. The laces used are so cheap and inexpensive, opposite of what shown in picture of model wearing it. Not worth it. Plus in exchange policy you have to bear all the expenses.
Their sale is only selling of damage, mismatch, inexpensive laces, cheap fabric products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered an item it came through damaged (clearly not damaged in transit but poor quality checks at their warehouse), all they offered was to send it back to be replaced. Both sending back and shipping the new item over I was to pay for. These fees would have amounted to the price of the dress, I am not a happy customer and will not be returning to purchase again from this business. Did try to resolve via WhatsApp messaging but of course with the way this business work they decided to just start ignoring me. The worst service. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful suits

Had a really bad experience buying from Motifz Emporium Branch Lahore. I bought a suit and 2 panels were missing from it. When I asked for return, the 'fresh' pieces the shopkeepers brought had multiple defects in them. I asked for the refund, they refused. Then I asked them for another dress. Upon a close look I found defects in the other dress as well. The dresses are overpriced, finishing is poor and the staff is really rude. With so many other reputable brands, I would recommend not buying from Motifz.

AVOID at all costs. This Pakistani company are thieves. You order on their website and they never deliver the actual product.
They will argue with you and tell you its been delivered when it has not. They also have very rude team members who don’t know how to deliver customer service the right way.
They make you feel like its your fault you haven’t received the parcel.

In all honesty so many Pakistani online stores are far better than these guys. Who order and deliver items the right way.

For your own sanity avoid this RUDE and Criminal company.

Bought 2 suit, one of the suit wasn't same as on website. Trying to contact customer services on WhatsApp, which they reply when ever they want. Told me to file a complaint. Couple of week after complaint some one get back to me and says you have only 7 days to return your item.
