Fast, friendly, efficient - highly recommended
These guys kept me in the loop the whole way through. Part of my order was out of stock, so Byron emailed me to check if I wanted to wait and delay shipping. Long story short I decided to exchange it for an alternative product - No worries says Byron - sorted and shipped within 24 hours.

When I first chased up my order after a few days of placing the order, I was told over the phone that their warehouse was being worked on and that there was supposedly large signage on their website advising of delays to orders (there was no signage on their website advising of this) Then when I next called a week later, they advised they had dispatched the last one the day before. And then I had to wait a month before they dispatched it from their wholesaler. Giving my review a 3 star review as I know that it can be challenging for small businesses, however wish that I was kept better informed regarding my order, and if they didn't have the battery In stock, either update this on the website, or simply send an email update as soon as they know to anyone that has ordered advising them of the ETA for them to get it back in Stockport.

Hi apologies Andrew for what you think, but from your explanation it sounds like you was kept up to date as every avenue, when you first ordered there was a large banner explaining the business was closed down for a few days due to expanding it, then you was asked if you was still happy to wait for order to which you was.
Excellent service.
Friendly and helpful staff delivering the goods. Who could ask for more.

For a battery that costs more than…
For a battery that costs more than £140, the package was very badly wrapped, with no indication which way up it should be! Given to me on its side with what little wrapping in tatters. Would not recommend buying a battery from this company!

Great so we receive a 1 star review for Royal Mail being one of the worst couriers around. Clearly see from our feedback we are one of the most trusted Motorcycle parts and accessories sites in the UK and now we have our reviews tarnished with this review about the state of the package. Turned up 4 days later.
Manager was helpful but didn't help with late part.
That's correct we did discus that. if they had attempted to deliver they would have left a card and as always I would have collected from depot. Both me and my wife were in all day so I think they may be telling stories. Maybe use a different courier. I did say you were helpful.

We discussed this and explained that FEDEX had attempted delivery the next day delivery which would of been 24 hours? But no one was available?
