Easy to do online. It was clear as to what was included and used the chat box for my immediate questions! The price was more competitive than the dealership!

Some niggles submitting a cosmetic claim on the App. I was sent a link to complete, uploaded 3 images and within a few working days had an appointment. Scratch fixed at home by the contractor

An alloy wheel repair was booked through MotorEasy. The job was undertaken by Mr Alloy. The technician was really professional, very personable and did an excellent job. He explained all steps so i was aware of what was happening. The claims process via MotorEasy was very simple; just an online form and pictures with approval of the claim within a couple of days.

I found it convenient using MotorEasy to find a reliable service centre to perform the MOT, so I signed up for an account. I have received some ad emails for cover and servicing from MotorEasy, which I expected, but also a couple of requests to book my MOT through them (again?). They have sent me a reminder about my MOT date, so that's reassuring.

I had to make a cosmetic claim for my car and to do this all was pretty easy. The claim process was easy to follow online and complete. The customer service was great including where follow up questions were asked and it was made clear on how to respond to them. The outcome of the claim was provided setting out next steps and making it easy for me to know what to expect. Smart Repairs did a great job of arranging the appointment and even better they could attend my residence. Overall, I was very happy with the service Motoreasy provided.
