Beware!!
No response to emails. Can’t get ahold of anyone when you call. They took a long time to confirm a booking, so in the meantime I booked something else.
When I finally got a confirmation email from them saying they have a booking for me, they charged my cc the deposit! I emailed them and have heard nothing until weeks later after emailing them every couple days! Now they are refusing to refund my deposit of $1,600 and are saying I have to pay a cancellation fee of $3,500!!!! Beware! Go with someone else that is honest and has a reputation! What a nightmare!

Aufgrund der Bestätigung der Buchung eines Reisemobils ab Vancouver haben wir die Flüge nach Kanada gebucht. 2 Tage später kommt der Widerruf der der Buchungsbestätigung mit dem lapidaren Hinweis, dass es keine Alternativen gibt. Nun sitzen wir auf den Kosten der Flugbuchungen.

Nachtrag: Auf meine Beschwerde wurde schnell geantwortet. Es wird behauptet "Confirmation" sei keine Bestätigung und stattdessen wird mir ein über 2.000 € teureres, vergleichbares Reisemobil von einem anderen Anbieter angeboten.

Finger weg! Nie wieder Motorhomebookers!!

Booked an RV for April 2019 for the USA. Used Cruise America, which was a lot cheaper on the MHB website than direct with CA. MHB website is easy to use and there are no hidden surprises like with other websites we have used. Had a CA RV booked for April 2020 with MHB, which had to be cancelled due to Covid. Their service was brilliant. Emails answered immediately and we had no problem getting our refund. We are booking our next USA RV holiday with MHB for Sept 2021 (Covid permitting).

We are totally disappointed. They are offering prices on the website that does not exist. We booked a RV and 2 weeks after paying they canceled our contract.
We had all our campgrounds already booked. So we lost a lot of money.
They had our money blocked for two weeks so we thought everything was ok, but suddently they returned our money and nobody told us any kind of explanation or alternative.
They don't answer any email.

Worst travel agency ever, really shocked with the service. They own us money. We sent them an email after our bad experience and they never answered. Every week I send an email asking for a position and they don´t care to return us. I try to call, but the telephone is not working. I read some comments on facebook, and apparently other clients are suffering with their non-responsive attitude.

Rented a campervan in Australia with motorhome bookers. The price was much lower compared to other offers and everything went well! Definitely would rent with them again.

We booked a camper from Cruise America in San Francisco with drop-off in Denver. It was a long search on the internet, as we wanted the camper for 31 nights, and Motorhome Bookers was the only website which had the model we wanted for that period. I checked the reviews here as I was a skeptic, but I decided to give it a try.

Everything went smoothly and we didn't encounter any problem when we picked up the camper. They were also very supportive and friendly when I called them to be sure our reservation went good and also when we thought something went wrong with our credit card payment. They always replied quickly to our requests, so I will definitely book again with them next time.

We rented an RV from Cruze america through this company. It was a lot cheaper than renting directly from Cruze america and everything was as planned. It was easy to book on the homepage and it was easy to compare prices from the different rental companies. We just returned from our roadtrip in America and we are very satisfied.
