Great Service from start to finish!
Online booking could not have been any easier than it was.
Appointment was booked early this morning for the medical a few hours later.
Very competitively priced too.
It is my first medical I have attended and the doctor that did this, I could not fault one bit.
He made me completely at ease throughout the medical. Going through the paperwork, asking the questions required, also engaging with my wife who attended the appointment with me and assisting with the paperwork side I needed to do and enabling her to feel part of the process.
I would highly recommend anyone needing a medical to use this service.

Top Class HGV Medical at a Fair Price…
My appointment was on time and professional. The doctor went through the procedures in a thorough manner and I felt very confident about what was happening. I had some questions which the doctor answered with good understandable explanations. This is the 2nd time I have used this service and I would thoroughly recommend it to all HGV Drivers.

This place is extremely expensive for…
This place is extremely expensive for the service they provide. They only spend around 10 minutes with you, and the rest of the information they use comes directly from your GP or NHS records.
They asked me to send my summary record, and once I sent it, they went completely silent. No replies to calls or emails, and no certificates provided. When I asked for a refund, they refused.
They only care about taking your money, not providing proper service due to this I lost my timeand money.
I strongly recommend using your local GP instead — much more reliable and professional.

We’re sorry to read this, however a number of points raised are not accurate.
Driver medicals are carried out in line with DVLA requirements and involve both the consultation and review of relevant medical history where required. The appointment itself is only one part of the clinical process.
Our pricing reflects a private medical service, including clinic availability, administration, and qualified medical assessment, and is not directly comparable to standard GP fees.
We have no record of ignoring patients or withholding certificates without clinical reason. Certificates can only be issued once all required information has been received and reviewed. Where this is incomplete or further clarification is needed, this can delay completion.
Refunds are not applicable once a medical has been carried out or clinical review has begun, in line with our terms and conditions.
We take service standards seriously and continuously review our processes to ensure patients receive a professional and efficient service.

The want to double charge me for a additional letter which I needed for my local authority, the original medical i had was 8 days prior to this review. The lady I spoke to on the phone was abrupt, and made no effort of empathy towards my enquiry. I'd steer clear of this company there are many more to choose from.

Easy to book an appointment within a short time frame and it's a good price. Local venue with easy parking. Doctors are so familiar with the paperwork and know exactly what is required, hence less likely to make mistakes.
