Straightaway as we walked in with as approached by Adil, who gave us a warm welcome from start to finish answered all our questions and the type of vehicle that we wanted to purchase give us all the advice that we needed attention to detail walked away with a new car the same day Adil and Jack made us feel very comfortable while we was there talking to us through every detail that we need to know about the finance and the car special thank you to the motorpoint team

What a wonderful experience I had taking my car here apart from offering me the most money compared to all the other car buying sites the staff are very friendly and polite my appointment was at 2pm but arrived 20 mins early wasn’t a problem for them they greeted me asked for log book and key and within 40 mins of being there I was on my way home money paid in the bank and car sold not waiting days to be paid like some places do also was offered refreshments 10/10 I give them and I recommend taking your car here

Dawid Kucharski dealt with my elderly parents patiently, sensitively and respectfully. I would recommend going back to Motorpoint as long as I could be served by Dawid.

It wasn’t clear, to me when I was dealing with Paul, in the first instance, that he was working from the Call Centre in Derby. When I arrived at the Showroom, in Aston, expecting to see him in person, I spoke, face to face, with Keenan who helped me with my final purchase of a new car. I understand it is Paul who will get the commission - rather than Keenan - which seems unfair. Why not share the commission ?

The communication was good, the purchase and part-exchange went smoothly. The transactions were straightforward and the staff were polite and helpful.

Called to enquire about placing a reservation on a vehicle in Birmingham. Call handler didn’t explain anything to do with finance and then within two hours I had emails from Blackhorse finance asking me to sign my loan agreement.

Called to clarify and the garage was under the impression I was coming to finalise paperwork and drive the vehicle away.

The car itself looked nothing like the online photos, lots of stone chips on the bonnet. Upwards of 10 with a couple having had repairs attempted. When I raised this was the garage they said I would need to get the bonnet re-sprayed and they wouldn’t pay the bill or take any money off the price of the car.

Overall very poor experience, I will be pursuing a complaint with head office to address the massive failure in explaining any financial details and proceeding with a credit check without my consent.

It was a great experience as always. I would like to extend my thanks to Chelsea. She was very professional, very helpful, very courteous and very understanding. As we have problems with the purchase from the previous weekend. It was nothing to do with motor point. It was to deal with a HP agreement taken out on a car with a similar registration. Well, by the finance company and inputted the registration index incorrectly

We came to look at a car brought it that same day everything was done that day to drive away brilliant

On Wednesday 23/07/25 we travelled from Wales to the Birmingham branch to pick up my daughters car a Renault Capture on arrival there was very poor customer service no meet and greet even though they was expecting us after exchanging cars we couldn’t wait to leave all seemed fine with everything untill we got on the M5 as the car picked up speeed it starting shaking very bad my daughter rang customer care and told them the person on the phone told us after hearing the car he didn’t think the car was safe to drive we was on the M5 in a line of traffic with no turn off in sight we was terrified we managed to get off the motorway in Ross on Wye where I then rang a personal friend of mine who came with his truck and took the car home to my home adress customer care arranged for us to take it to the Newport branch next day on arrival the meet and greet was a magical experience and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue we told them we don’t want the car as we would no longer feel safe it in they were very apologetic and couldn’t do enough to get the issue resolved my star rating is for the Birmingham branch only Newport was amazing with us the experience with them was second to none as for Birmingham they were rude with no customer care experience what so ever I will never return there ever again Birmingham you need to go down to Newport and see how they operate cause your branch haven’t got a clue it’s not just about money it all begins with a great customer experience something your employees don’t care about

Chelsea was exceptional and very helpful at all times when helping us decide on and finally purchase my car.

Great service from Nick in the head office and on the day from Dawid at the Birmingham dealership. Really happy to have dealt with Motorpoint who were extremely professional throughout the part exchange and buying process. I will definitely deal with Motorpoint again and would be very happy to recommend them to others

Dealt with Ben Hudson, he was very helpful and patient, as I spent 5 weeks to decide which car I would buy, he dealt with all the paperwork and made it a simple process. Main point for me, he wasn't pushing the hardsell, easy going no pressure, which is what we all want.would recommend motorpoint and Ben!
