Motorpoint - Birmingham Avis 

I mostly spoke over the phone with my questions being answered. Selecting a car I had seen online and the advice from the advisor Michael was on point. When I went to the shop the advisor Jac was great, very patient and helpful. As a process the experience was positive and I would have given a 5 star but the interior of the car needed to be cleaned a little better as there was ash in the driver side air vent and tobacco in the centre console charging tray but that being said I would recommend Motorpoint to friends and family.

Nice friendly staff,who were only too pleased to help, but at the same time not too pushy, and extremely helpful. Also a great range of reasonably priced cars to choose from . Altogether a great shopping experience .

No high pressure sales tactics, sales person left me to browse the car on my own and if I needed any information he was on hand to help.

Saw a car, spoke to knowledgeable people and drove away in 24 hours Happy 😃

I part exchanged my car for a new one and I all I can say is that the Service was brilliant from Motorpoint especially from Megan and Oliver who were very helpful and made our experience a pleasant one.
I would definitely recommend Motorpoint to anyone who wants a new car.

Chelsea Farquharson was great in helping us find the right car. She helped with the crossover paperwork, sorting out the forms for dvla, insurance and went through everything we needed to know about the new car. We did have a problem with no reversing camera (which I’d specifically asked for) but Chelsea arranged for this to be put right even though she was starting her annual leave. Megan Rankin then took over and was equally helpful arranging someone to come to the house to fit the camera. This took just over a week but was handled professionally and effectively. This is our second car from motorpoint Birmingham and we would definitely use them again.

Buying from Motorpoint - check the tyres!
Surprised to find that Motorpoint will sell a car with only 2.5mm of tread (little more than the 1.6mm legal minimum).
Only when I spotted the MoT "advisory" did I check the tread depths - amazed that Motorpoint didn't change the tryes before the sale.

Good morning I’m writing a honest review about customer care on my vehicle which I purchased in November 2025 the vehicle came with a 60 month warranty. When I checked the service book there was no stamp to say the vehicle had been serviced. I phoned Motorpoint they said there is no service on the database. There was 23.509 on the clock. I phoned MG to see if they had any records of a service on there database but came back nothing. Motorpoint have sent me a email saying the car is down to me to get it serviced. Please be careful when buying a car from Motorpoint has customer service will not help you. Also if I don’t put a service on car then the warranty is void
