Just being able to look at a car without being pressured by salesman.
Vinnie was very helpful when and helped me after I decided what car I wanted, Alex was great when I came to take delivery of the car and finalising everything for me. Would definitely recommend motorpoint.

Pleasant friendly staff, no pushy sales pressure.
Good price and value of add ons explained well.
All a bit high tech but I expect it is the same everywhere.
A bit complex when I encountered a problem post sale as not so good when calling back and giving me correct instruction and information.

Staff and customer service was first class from start to finish relaxing efficient and made to feel welcomed would certainly advise friends and family to shop at motor point thank you . Just one negative point your warranty could be a little longer and some road tax on the vehicle...

Had an appointment for 12 o’clock had…
Had an appointment for 12 o’clock had to go up to reception twice to ask what was keeping them finally a boy called jack came over at 12.42pm said the other person got held up which they could have told me instead of making me wait so long anyway once jack dealt with me every thing was fine did try to get some free alloy wheel cover for my inconvenience but no luck

Amazing experience getting my first…
Amazing experience getting my first used car. Service from Rebecca was first class. Hassle free getting car tranferred up from England and it was in excellent, freshly valeted condition when I took it for a quick test drive. 5 stars all round.
