No high pressure salesman following us around. Just let us look at our own leisure and then went to find someone when we wanted to look closer at a couple of vehicles.
Once a vehicle was chosen we were talked through the options available us.
Arranged a pickup.and when we went to pick up the car it was a pretty seamless experience.
All in all a great experience and will definitely be returning once we are ready to change cars.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Passat from Motorpoint, and overall my experience with them has been excellent.

Shortly after buying the car, I had to take it to Volkswagen Sheffield due to a software issue. Unfortunately, the service I received there was extremely disappointing, as they were unable to resolve the problem despite multiple attempts.

In contrast, the team at Motorpoint went above and beyond to support me throughout the situation. They provided me with a couple of courtesy cars while the issue was being looked into and made every effort to get things sorted. In the end, they even replaced the car, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I’m very impressed with the level of service from Motorpoint and how they handled a difficult situation. On the other hand, my experience with VW Sheffield was extremely poor.

I would highly recommend Motorpoint, especially the Sheffield branch, and I will definitely be buying another car from them in the future

Changed our car recently and nothing was too much trouble, very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. No pushy salesmen. Ben our salesman on the day left us to look around the vehicle on our own,then gave us time to decide without any pressure. The price was very good for our part exchange vehicle.Ben helped sort out one day insurance for us on the day so we could drive the car away & not have to come back. The spare key was not available on the day . A phone call a day later & they offered to post it out to us instead of another journey to collect it. Very good would highly recommend & will definitely use them again.

Nothing was too much trouble, Logan in the Sheffield showroom was who we dealt with leading up to the sale. He was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. There was no hard sell and no pushing us to take out a loan (unlike big motoring world who constantly brought up their loans and tried to persuade us what a good idea they were!) we had half an hour to test drive a vehicle by ourselves, which was appreciated because you then don’t have someone telling you why you should like the car.
Kacia dealt with our handover as it was Logan’s day off, again she was polite and knowledgeable and very nice.
Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. All the staff we came in contact with were great. I’d not hesitate to recommend Motorpoint and if we change the car in the future I’d definitely use them again.
