Motorpoint - Swansea Avis 

I was never keen to try a car supermarket but my father wanted to buy a car from motor point two years ago. I was so impressed with the whole experience and the deal that he had that I knew I would do the same when my turn came. in fact we have told several friends about how good the deals and experience was. A few of those friends took a look and purchased cars themselves.

Lucus was a very easy person to deal with he was polite and helpful, there were a couple of disappointing reasons for not giving five stars the main one for me was I thought the new car should have been cleaned to a higher standard the wheels were only cleaned to the front the inside of the wheels were very dirty, when I lifted the bonnet I found the engine was not cleaned at all, having picked up the car I spent the whole of the next morning cleaning the car upto the level I felt it should have been on collection.

It’s pretty much our sixth car with Motorpoint, we had an eye on a cheeky golf in Swansea and Ben dealt with me in a friendly professional manner I even picked up the car on the same day ! Brilliant MP never disappoints.😊🚗

Excellent customer service, full service 4 year old high spec car purchased at 7k less than main dealer offer. Also gave me same trade-in price main dealer offered against 1 year younger car costing 7k more with similar mileage. Now had car 10 months, no issues so very pleased.

Absolutely appalling customer Service. I paid £199 to get a car transferred down which I was told it would be taken off the overall cost of the car, to then be told when picking it up this was not the case. The manager ( i assume he was the manager) attitude was "check your invoice if your not happy, il just cancel the order then and youll loose the £199". So in effect i had paid an additional 200 quid for the car which is ridiculous. customer service and your transfer of vehicle policy needs reviewing.
BE CAREFUL WHEN TRANSFERRING VEHICLES BETWEEN BRANCHES.

Was told transportation of car from Glasgow branch to Swansea was £199 but would come off the cost of the car if you like and buy it, but they then added it to cost of car. So be aware any car transported to the branch you buy it from add £199 to the cost very unhappy buyer. don't be misled by motorpoints reply, that it comes off invoice cost, that makes you think you get it back you don't, it's the car price + the transport cost (£199)

Good selection of cars, staff are helpful and don’t harass and pester you.

Great selection of cars, I had no idea what I wanted after viewing my initial choice and finding it too small inside. I was assisted by Tristan and he was a star, we narrowed it down to 3 cars and eventually the one I bought. Part ex’d my old car for a great price, everything went extremely smoothly and would definitely recommend and buy from again in the future.
