The young lad who dealt with my vehicle…
The young lad who dealt with my vehicle was polite, friendly and helpful. My vehicle had been washed on the outside but had not been touched on the inside. It was quite dusty and dirty and I have had it valeted myself. Also had to chase up paperwork.

No Pressure!!
Went to have a look and get some ideas, but found a car that I love!
I loved the no pressure sales approach as I was left to look around. When I found the car I spoke with Joe, who again (no pressure) handed me the keys to go and have a closer look. After the test drive Joe sorted everything out and I collected the car Saturday.
Joe was fantastic!

The sales team were very helpful and went through everything we needed to know only problem i have is i asked if they could sort out the wipers as they were dry and vibration on the windscreen told it was sorted but once it raind the noise and vibration was still there

Swansea Motorpoint have lovely staff. Kiran Anthony and Reece Aylott were friendly, patient and respectful, answering all my questions and helping me through the process when I part exchanged my car.
