Great experience when buying our car, the team at Motors Today were very nice to deal with, clear communication and did all they said they were going to do , extending the warranty and giving the car a service... stress-free buying!

Friendly and helpful staff keen to sell but I did not feel pressured to buy overall a very pleasant experience.

5 stars from me for Motors Today. Bought a 23 Plate VW Taigo R-Line SUV from Motors Today on 1st July 2026. Dealt with David. From the time I went in until the moment I drove away with the car, I felt like I was being treated really well by all the staff and the owner. Car was immaculate after they had serviced, MOT'd and valeted it. They turned the car around really quickly after paying the deposit. The cups of coffee were nice touch too. :-) Great service start to finish. Recommended.

I had an excellent experience with this car company from start to finish. The service was quick, easy, and very thorough, with everything handled efficiently and professionally. I was really well looked after throughout the entire process, from the receptionist right through to the management. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel valued as a customer. We recently bought a car from Motors Today and from the first viewing to purchasing the vehicle, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. No pressure or hard sales tactics. But beyond that, the after sales service was excellent. We noticed a windscreen crack shortly after picking up the car. One call to Motors Today and they arranged for the windscreen to be replaced at their expense and everything was sorted quickly in a friendly and efficient manner. They really do care about their customers and can't thank them enough.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT A CAR AT MOTORS TODAY CAR DEALERS IN UPTON WIRRAL AND ALTHOUGH I DIDN’T IN THE END BUY THE CAR, I FELT IT APPROPRIATE TO COMMENT FAVOURABLY ON THE ATTENTIVE AND PLEASURABLE HANDLING OF THE SITUATION BY DAVE GREGORY AT THE COMPOANY. HE WAS BOTH UNDERSTANDING & ATTENTIVE AND WAS ABLE TO OFFER ADMIRABLE PRE-DELIVERY OFFERS AND ASSISTANCE WITHOUT “OVERSELLING” THE VEHICLE. AS MY PRESENT CAR HAS JUST PASSED ITS MOT; HAD NEW BRAKE PADS AND 4 NEW TYRES. I FEEL MY CAR HAS SOME MILES LEFT UNDER THE BONNET. HOWEVER I WILL MOST DEFINITELY AND SERIOUSLY WILL MAKE MOTORS TODAY, MY FIRST PORT OF CALL WHEN I DO GET AROUND TO CHANGING MY CAR.

With a poor track record of car purchases from car dealers I was bracing myself for the inevitable pain. However, this was nothing of the sort. Pleasantly surprised. Customer services and communication throughout was excellent, I was talked through the car preparation process step by step with status updates along the way. Any questions I had about the vehicle were quickly answered and modifications I’d requested were organised without a fuss. Ryan and the team were really professional and personable, would highly recommend for a pain free car buying experience

We 100% recommend Motors Today for buying a car. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and trustworthy and the car was reasonably priced. The communication around the sale and the car delivery were excellent. It was also a quick turn around which we appreciated. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and accommodating. I travelled nearly 2.5hours to get to them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very reasonable prices for part exchange. Definitely would recommend them!
