We recently stopped by the showroom to look at a used vehicle to replace an older 2009 Honda And we were helped by Andy. He was incredibly patient and helpful and answered a lot of questions. I recently purchased a Peugeot 208 from motor trust and the two gentleman that were at the dealership were fantastic (all of them that I encountered were incredibly pleasant too) I believe their names were Ben and mark or nick! I went to the Preston branch to specifically view an MG3
which was advertised on Autotrader, after a test drive I agreed to purchase the car, collected the car the following week and have driven it for 3 days I am quite pleased with it so far, and the service from Ben has been very good and informative, although I was informed it still was covered by MG by its 7-year warranty MG refute this as they have not serviced it as per purchase requirements, so perhaps the MotorTrust
sales and service and warranty will be honoured.

Rectifying my Review. So since complaining due to my car James has gone above and beyond to help.

Since the DPF was cleaned the cars been spot on. He reimbursed me for the tyres and due to sunroof being an extortionate price he’s given me money back for that.

So thank you James for helping and replying quickly when I had the issues.
