Great job everyone! I received everything in perfect condition quicker than I expected. All have been planted and are doing very well. I love my fuzzy cactus!

The order arrived later than I expected, however it was so nice to receive them and work with the new plants. I truly enjoy taking care of them.

The plants were well packed and arrived intact except for one plant. All of the leaves had been knocked off.
I saw the postal worker drop the box over my gate long wise. Apparently did not read the fragile plants or this side up stickers.

Love love my sweet mix of plants- they are wonderful! I still have to learn the names but so excited to get such healthy plants!

I love ordering it's easy and there is a lot of information on each plant. My only problem is I want to order everything!
My only problem this time was the shipping... my package kept
going between 2 different facilities here in NJ and it added days to the shipping time and with the cold temps 2 of the plants don't look as good as usual...I am taking care of them and hope they perk up in the next week.

The web site was easy to use....I appreciated the option of my being able to leave message while ordering. The order arrived quickly and everything looked great...thank you!!

First experience ordering from Mountain Crest-- my first impression was the shoddy packing. I've ordered from similar online sellers and multiple succulent shops on etsy, and this was by far the most careless job-- plants tipped and dirt everywhere, multiple plants severely damaged. Sure I can propagate leaves, but when I paid for a pricier succulent I didn't pay for 10 leaves and 2 left on a stem. A couple were in soil that was absolutely dripping wet, so it's good I got to checking them out and cleaning them up to repot immediately. Probably wouldn't have even thought to come leave a review though, until noticing that the recent few ailing plants are all from that order. Set up exactly like all my others, all with great drainage, no root rot, some even in the same pot as other succulents (from other sources) that had no issue-- appears to be some sort of fungus. Two fully dead, a couple others I'm making a last-ditch attempt to save but doesn't look promising, and a few others not doing great. Have never had any similar issues with any of my other 100-200 succulents.

Mountain Crest always has great quality plants. I’ve been shopping with them for several years. I even purchased succulents favors for my daughter’s wedding shower. They were beautiful. My recent order were for air plants. I absolutely love them.

Everything’s was great except the “large” jade plant I ordered was actually just a bunch of small ones. The picture showed a mature plant, with a thick stem and small leaves. What a received was about a dozen babies with large leaves, not suitable for bonsai. The plants were healthy and very well packaged, but it was a disappointment.

The succulents were in great condition, they arrived on time. Items were packed carefully, delicate succulents arrived undamaged. Doing this review 2 weeks after receipt, the plants have just been repotted at the time of this review.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful succulent plants and cutting ordered from Mountain Crest Gardens. They arrived healthy and rooted each of them is still alive and thriving! Thanks again!

They have wonderful, helpful website, with up close pictures. The prices are great and when my plants were shipped, they weren't just thrown in a box, someone took alot of time to ensure my plants arrived safe!

The cacti I ordered arrived quickly and in good health. The 'surprise succulent' that came free with my order was a nice touch. My south facing windows make it hard to find plants that can handle that much direct light each day. So far the succulent and cacti are doing great

I do love your plants but I must comment on trying to contact you about an issue I had. I wanted to add a birthday card and also ask you to wait two days to ship the gift out and every time I called I got an answering machine and when I wrote you an email after a day which was to late you had already sent it out.

Dead plants, bad customer service. Lackluster replacements.

The problem was the plants were shipped to someone else's address. The only address I have ever given Mountain Crest was my actual address. Instead, I tried alerting them to the fact that the tracking information had the plants going to a PO Box hours from my city of residence. They were not helpful and would not help - with the only help being a credit. The plants were sold out so I lost out.
