The plants were all so well packed. They arrived in a timely manner, well packed, and looking healthy. Love working with this company.

I still haven't received my order. Keeps saying it's still in transit! I hope they're not dead by the time I get them. Was really looking forward to them because I've never had these before. 😥

The plants arrived packed safely. My one issue was the living stone. Priced higher than several of the other succulents I only received one and it doesn’t look at all healthy. Similarly priced was the string of watermelons and it looks great.

I wish I had videoed the unpacking! 12 of the most beautiful succy’s I’ve ever ordered. I immediately set them on a window sill and gave them all a drink. The next morning they thanked me by stretching out and upwards. Absolutely beautiful! I’m already starting on another order.

Everything arrived intact and still looked good even after being in the box for a couple days. I watered them and let them sit by the window and they perked right up.

The plants arrived in good condition. I didn't read the ad/catalog carefully, so I was disappointed to see they were only 2-in. pots - rather small for the price.

I’ve read the hype about MCG online and thought to myself “Meh, they can’t possibly be THAT much better than the competition.” Y’all! I have been LYING to myself. They really are! Even in 98 degree weather my plants arrived safely with ZERO damage. I WILL order again. Repeatedly.

I got a set of about a hundred mixed succulents and they arrived looking great. There were a good many hardy hens/chicks of large size, which is fantastic since I live in Minnesota. The rest will hang out on the patio all summer and then become indoor plants for the winter. I ordered a "lil missy" sedum on the side, and it was sad upon arrival but perked up wonderfully after a day or two, so it's just a drama queen. The Opuntia pad looks good. Can't wait till I get it rooted and blooming.

This is my favorite place to order succulents from, and I hope they carry more colorful, upright, hardy sedums (like Touch Down Teak, blue pearl, plum dazzled or similarly colored verities) again at some point soon.

The plants were alive and great condition. My mystery freebie was beautiful. My own fault for not paying attention to sizes so they were much smaller than anticipated but now I can watch them grow more.

I accidentally ordered one plant that I didn't mean to, it timely responded to, cancelled, and refunded prior to shipment. One that I received didn't look it's best. They promptly offered to replace (if available), refund, or credit + 10%. This is the first order after setting up an account with Mountain Crest, but I've placed many orders prior to this. This is the first time I've had to contact them for any reason and am completely satisfied and will continue ordering from them often. Definitely my favorite place to go for my succulents and cacti!!! 💗💗💗

As always, I was pleased with the plants I received & the quick shipping. I was really excited to see a refund had been credited to my order. I had question a 10% discount & it was explained to me that it did not include sale items. I was bummed & felt it should have been stated in the booklet with the discount information, but could understand their policy. Thanks MCG for valuing your customers. I appreciate that!
