Movie Figures Avis

waited almost five months for my order. They promised it by June, but June came and went. When I asked about my item I was told it will be July, they were quick to try and charge me 10%. Then, without asking, they canceled my order entirely. Customer care was non-existent, I’d steer clear of this company if you want peace of mind.

Ordered Hot Toys Battle Damaged Darth Vader. Very, very well packed. Speedy delivery and the price was very good. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic customer service great communication with emails

Always a pleasure to deal with movie figures staff are extremely helpful and understanding. I was away and missed the email as I didn’t have data so I contacted them a few days later and they were very understanding paid for my product and within a couple of days it was at my doorstep.

This site is amazing. I love that I finally found the T2 figure that ive always wanted and how professionally it was packed for a speedy delivery. The teams communication was excellent keeping me updated all the way. To quote Arnie, ill be back!

Great place for figures. Always keep you updated on the progress. Super well packed. And on time, quick delivery.

Absolutely spot on! The whole experience was seamless and straightforward. Fantastic service. Quickly and efficiently replied to all my emails and helped me through the whole process from pre-order to delivery. Item was securely, professionally packed and arrived in mint condition, including the box. Delivery took 24 hours. My advice was followed to the letter and I was promptly informed about dispatch and delivery times. I'd love to have this experience and feel this level of care from a seller every time I buy something, but it just doesn't happen very often. I am taking the time to leave this review because I think this has been the best customer experience I've had in years, and they deserve to have a 5 stars review. Thank you very much!!!

Very easy to order and pay through their system,
Arrived in less than 2 days and as usual their packaging is amazing, no damages whatsoever and in pristine condition
Their service is excellent and I love the little sweets with each order

Really good communication let me know when the item was available. Also they let me know when parcel was excepted. The figure would have been hard for me to get on my own. So they did all hard work. Highly recommended and thank you.

Very well organised and efficient, excellent communication. I have only had good experiences with Movie Figures.
