Movie Figures Avis

Bought several items from movie figures over the years. Never any problems.

The figure i bought was damaged and they replaced it within a couple of weeks .

Continual great service, great communication and a great selection.

I have used Movie Figures 5 times now in the UK, 3 high value Hot Toys pre-orders and 2 smaller Mass Effect dark horse statues.

Out of the 3 pre-orders, I have received 2 in great timing, I imagine it is the second batch - so just a couple of months after Hong Kong release. Which is fine by me, as a pre-order is a specific order on buyers behalf. The 3rd is yet to be released on Hong Kong yet, but anticipation is building.

For all orders, they are expertly and securely packed and delivery has been no issue.

Will continue to purchase from them.

Very happy with my order. Speedy delivery (within times stated) and well packaged. Never had a need to complain about Movie Figures service.

Just got the Hot Toys Wolverine Deluxe Edition from Deadpool and Wolverine. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Movie Figures, the figure was about £30 cheaper than other outlets and was free delivery in the UK, all in I paid £379:99. Before I ordered I spoke with a member of staff who was really helpful, I was notified as soon as the figure was available for dispatch, I originally ordered the Wolverine on preorder and was given the choice to pay in full or pay a small deposit, I chose to pay in full. It arrived in perfect condition on the date given and was packed perfectly. I’ve been collecting figures for over 30 years and I’m very picky when it comes to ordering online but I’ll definitely be ordering from Movie Figures again in the future. Fantastic value and friendly staff 10 out of 10 service.

Excellent company, first time pre-ordering a Hot Toys figure and was kept updated throughout the process. Venom arrived extremely well packed and Christine also sorted out Saturday delivery for me, will be ordering again! Thank you very much.

By the way, Venom Comic Book Version Figure is the best figure I’ve ever owned! Thank you.

I have only ever placed three orders with Movie Figures and whilst I had to return the latest one due to a design fault with the statue itself, I can only shout-out the exemplary customer service provided by Christine and her team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Movie Figures for all of your statue needs.

I have purchased many figures from the Movie Figures team I can highly recommend them.

Preordered the Wolverine Hot Toy with a deposit. Contacted when it was due, simple way to pay the balance and delivered on a day of my choice! Great service.

Depends which order it’s relating to. The first order did arrive in good condition, not quite in time for Christmas, but you didn’t promise that so no bother: if it’s for my most recent order there is a Royal Mail tracking number but they haven’t received anything when I punch the number in - so left up in the air with this one. My heart always sinks when any company choose Royal Mail as a courier because they are dreadful

My 2nd review for Movie Figures. Have been purchasing/pre ordering for couple years now. Customer service always top notch. Responsive and accommodating customer service. A big thank you and appreciation for Christine. They literally do all they can to make their customers happy. First rate packaging. So rare these days to have full confidence in a company. My only negative feedback is Klana no longer an option at checkout. A real shame as it offers great flexibility for the high priced items. PayPal is there but it does not accept spread payments for some of the items for some reason. Not for me anyway. Hope they can introduce payment plan options in the future similar sideshow or Jazz Inc.

My order with them was cancelled due to them not getting any more stock and then a few weeks later I got an email from the team telling me they had a surprise shipment and asked if I’d still like the order before it went to general sale. It was then delivered within 2 days. Couldn’t be happier with the service and I’d like to thank Christine again specifically.

It's consistently delightful to shop here. This isn't my initial purchase, and surely not the final one. They're flawless in every aspect. I strongly endorse them.

First time user. It was a preorder. The item came in stock on time. Payment was easy. Communication from the store was very good and despatched the item at a time that would be convenient for me. Arrived promptly and was very well packaged. All in all a great experience. I would definitely buy from them again. Five stars!!

excellent service . products arrive well wrapped

Movie Figures provides a fantastic service for collectors. Their communication throughout the pre-order and delivery process is outstanding, with clear updates and prompt dispatch. The items are always well-packaged and arrive in perfect condition. The main reason for four stars instead of five is that their stock for some in-demand items can be quite limited. Overall, a highly reliable and recommended retailer for high-end collectibles.

Great service! Pre order handled very well. Great communication. Item was posted promptly once received in store.Thank you. 😁

First time to use movie figures, although my order was a pre order, the company was quick to respond to all my queries and kept me well informed.

The communication from Movie Figures was brilliant throughout the ordering and waiting process. We bought a preorder collectible plush and had to wait a considerable amount of time for it to be made, which we were aware of before paying. However Movie Figures kept us informed all the way along.

The quality of the collectible is very impressive and the delivery was excellent.
