We had the worst move this time around, the movers caused a lot of damage and were not professional starting from the owner to the employees. I opened a case on the movinghelp.com website at the suggestion of a Uhaul employee, but movinghelp.com won't do anything if the owner of the moving company won't do anything. The owner responded to the case saying he would issue the partial refund I requested, but now he went ghost. They charged me another fee for doing a review when it was actually supposed to be refunded but Alyssa on the chat kept referring me to my bank even though it's a credit card not a bank card. She disconnected the chat after I said I didn't need anything else, and as a person who works on a chat team...that's rude. No wonder they have terrible movers, their company has terrible service. I booked the mover I had issues with due to another company I found on their website canceled the day before our move because 2 guys got in an accident. I hope they're ok, but something like that shouldn't cause you to cancel a move appointment. Honestly it felt like everyone was acting up because it was Memorial Day weekend and they were ready to party like it was New Year's Eve or something.

I booked moving help to handle my loading and unpacking in two cities. Movers cancelled both times at the very last minute leaving me stranded without options. Customer service is entirely unhelpful in resolving any issues. Buyer Beware!!

Items damaged in the thousands of dollars and no response received. Buyer beware as company is unprofessional and doesn’t respond. Moving Help was useless in the process & we strongly encourage people to seek other options.

I brought to their attention the egregious acts of an undersigned/insured company via the u-Haul MovingHelp.com platform and was gaslit about the claim, my interactions after being physically, mentally, and emotionally threatened by their insured and ultimately denied by ReWest. I am a young woman and had no choice but to use the MovingHelp platform but typically had positive experiences and was not expecting a predator to enter my home. They were unequipped, unprofessional and one of the movers even THREATENED TO RAPE ME IN MY OWN HOME. RepWest was informed of their clearly reckless behavior from the time that they arrived and still deny my claim without any proof of their reason for denial or consideration to the extent of damages. DO NOT USE MOVINGHELP.COM NOR RELY ON UHAUL CARGO COVERAGE OR THE SAFELOAD COVERAGE OF THEIR MOVERS. They propped their feet up on my U-Haul truck laughing and yelling loudly late at night smoking cigarettes. Every single time I asked them to quiet down or brought anything to their attention (damages and them dropping and banging my property included) they would become combative, yell and make excuses for their behaviors and completely disregard me. One mover used the MovingHelp rating system as a way to manipulate and threaten me in to giving a positive review in lieu of him acting on his threats of sexual violence. RepWest, however, continues to use the positive review against me despite the fact that I have repeatedly articulated clear concerns of my safety and that the mover specifically threatened me in to doing a positive review whereas common sense says they know where I live and during this move they also boldly bragged about committing other crimes further showing a complete disregard for law enforcement. All of this supports and substantiates a pattern of behavior that validates my claims of their movers damaging my property.

If anything goes wrong you are all alone. I made a reservation on movinghelp.com and the moving company did not respond to my emails, text messages, and calls. They did not show up either. After realizing that they are not coming I had to cancel the reservation, delay my move while the truck is at the door, and find last-minute help for double the average price. What's worst is that MovingHelp.com does not allow customers to leave reviews for cancelled orders. So, all of my trouble and the unprofessional work from the moving company goes unnoticed, not recorded, simply ignored by MovingHelp.com. MovingHelp does not care about customers, avoid them!

I do not recommend using Moving Help for any moving, packing, or unloading services. In my experience, they are highly unreliable for both customers and businesses under contract with them. If you run a moving business, it's essential to know that even if your workers show up and complete the job, IF the customer REFUSES to provide the payment code, MOVING HELP will not ensure you get paid. To avoid overworking your employees without the assurance of compensation, I suggest exploring alternatives like Facebook Marketplace, building a website, or using other platforms that protect hardworking professionals. Moving help collectors customers payment get their cut so their efforts to assist other moving businesses associated under their site is not taken into consideration. That's your problem if you don't get the payment code that they have to provide the customer to give to the businesses to get compensated for the labor their workers put out. Good luck with small claims court because after filing that basically only the customer is protected. Really disappointing and unjust!!

The helpers were good. I got an email to review the movers and there was an option to tip. I was unable to complete the review without giving a tip. I gave $20 to each of the two movers. Later I found out that tips given online do not go the movers, they go to the "boss". Tip the moving helpers in cash.

Horrible experience! We were already going through a traumatic move forced out because we were in employee housing and my husband no longer worked for the company.
Th movers never confirmed the day before. So I ended up calling another company and booking with them. Well I should have stayed with that company. But Mountain Time Movers sent a text short.y after I booked with the other company. Being a person with integrity, I decided I should stick with the people I originally booked and made a commitment to huge mistake when they finally showed up late, they did a walk-through quickly, then stated they needed to connect their dollies and would return. Never came back, but we’re in my house long enough to steal two gold necklaces. Mountain Time Mvets has zero integrity and Hires thieves. If your thinking of doing business with moving help.com I strongly advise you do not.
The6 have zero customer service. I was never able to reach anyone to either. Confirm my move or to discuss the problems about the movers and get a refund horrible experience I will never do business with movinghelp.com or mountain time movers again.

I booked support through Moving Help. The provider broke an item and said they would pay for it, but never did. MovingHelp.com told me they could not help me and told me my only avenue was to bring them to court/sue them. I assumed that booking through them, they would help me out in figuring out a resolution with the provider. They do not. They are just a middle man. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for support as there is no reason to pay extra to move to use them as middleman support.

On Wednesday, May 1st, JG Outstanding Moving in Dallas, TX was booked through U-Haul’s Moving Help for loading. Prior to the guys loading, my husband and I spent weeks labeling boxes (heavy vs fragile) and wrote down the contents of the box on the top lid. We also wrapped every piece of furniture with moving blankets and sealed the blankets in with cellophane. When we began unloading, we realized that JG Outstanding Moving didn’t even have the due diligence to read the boxes we labeled nor were they respectful to someone else’s livelihood.They were careless. They were negligent.* Our table’s front, left edge was ground to its raw wood.* Our couch was discovered to have a few punctures onto the arm/body of it (from being loaded up against our table’s legs.)* My green office chair had an indent into its velvet seat cushion (from being loaded up against my cornered office desk legs.)* In the very back corner of our truck, we discovered crushed boxes. Our lighter boxes were on the bottom of heavier boxes and their weight became too much.* Our second office desk was loaded horizontally but had several heavy boxes stacked on top of it—one being a box of cast-iron pots and pans. This was too heavy for our desk and crushed it, snapping it in two. I am devastated at the complete loss of my second desk and the repairs to the other pieces of furniture I now have to try and salvage. If they can even be salvaged. I am disappointed and disgusted with how my belongings were handled. My only desired resolution is for JG Outstanding Moving / Moving Help / and Repwest Insurance Company to fully cooperate with the insurance claim and replace/repair my broken and damaged belongings. When I opened a BBB claim for MovingHelp, I was directed by Ashley Marchese to contact Kyra Lacey at Repwest. She mentioned I paid for SafeLoad coverage and would be covered for damages. From the onset, Kyra has had a tone of apathy, almost bitter or angry, with me and is not responsive to email, and without seeing pictures of damages, denied my request… after I had to call her for an update. I bought SafeLoad coverage should any accidents arise and I feel as if MovingHelp’s option for additional insurance coverage is one of fraud. Kyra Lacey’s immediate dismissal of my claim now leaves me personally responsible for $6k of repairs/replacements—at the hands of a moving company I had bought additional insurance for. How would you feel if this happened to you and your belongings were destroyed after you employed “professionals” to do their job?
I feel deceived and unheard.

For convenience, not knowing anyone where I was moving in Jacksonville Beach, I booked 3 guys thru Uhaul, called Movinghelp. The 3 guys showed up in a small car, no equipment (thank God we had ours, which they gladly used), walked around like turtles, 2 guys starring at 1 guy in the truck while other items could be moved into our storage, bringing heavy equipment halfway to storage unit and placing on floor to walk back and star at the 1 guy in the truck again, taking cell phone breaks, not listening to our directions as to where to put things, not prioritizing their time, acting like they were purposely wasting time to build up the hours. I could go on and on. Myself, 61 female, and my sister, 63, ran circles around them doing most of the work ourselves to get the job done. How Sad and Painful for us! I never give bad reviews, but this was beyond bad. It hurt when I had to fork out the money. We deserve a refund for sure, but I know that is not happening. Oh, BTW, Moving Help. Your guys insisted I pay them cash for the additional hours with no receipt. I asked to pay them online with my credit card. I guess you are getting ripped off too.

I didn’t hire them, Uhaul did. I was told by Uhaul to give me a card number to keep on file “no charge to my card”. The very next day I see a charge for $275. I contact Uhaul and told they’re the loading company they contract and I should contact them. Later I canceled the Uhaul contract. I did not know Uhaul did not cancel this company. Given this I did need the service of the loaders. Once his job was done when attempting to give him the work number he said he wasn’t paid by them. Turns out he was. I find out this company paid both the loader and off loader. While I was able to get reimbursed by the loader. I had paid him extra, I was told by the company it is up to me to reach out to the off loaders to be reimbursed. They paid that company for a job he did not do. He will not contact me. That company’s name is Bounce Back Movers.
They did try to work with me to contact the contact Bounce Back Movers and are very apologetic. But still this company they hired has walked away with money for a service they did not perform.
I would hope that Movinghelp changes it policy to confirming with their contractors that they’ve actually done a job before issuing a check to them.

Movinghelp.com isn't bad. However, they need to vet their contractors more. Perfect Help Moving Company out of Jamestown NY loaded a trailer for us. They loaded the trailer improperly, causing some of furniture to scratch or sustain damage. Movinghelp.com has a safeload guarantee, which is THE scam. The claim gets denied. What is the purpose? Perfect Help Moving Company also did not acknowledge the damage. Instead, they claim to have video evidence all over social media platforms. We have some ruined furniture because of inexperienced loaders.

I took their moving service and they cheated me, they host scam movers on their site and once they do scam they take money from them and ask customer to follow the scammers directly, since they already got cut form scammers they won't help customer to get their money back, my movers took payment code for 3 Hour and told me that I will get refund for 1 hour since they took just 1.5 Hour for moving and minimum is 2 hours, but it's been 1 month they never refunded me for 1 Hr and these guys saying me to run behind the movers. I raised case and called many times but they never refunded my money.
