Very easy process to move my subscription from caravan to motor home.
You’ve spent a fortune,it needs protection
We’ve had our caravan for 8 years and MI has covered us all that time. It use to be called Phantom. After a while we opted for a package that covered us for a few years instead of yearly renewal.It always gave us massive peace of mind especially after spending so much money on van. The app was great both control of system and info like mileage and battery voltage. I’ve sometimes when taking the battery off have forgotten to disable the alarms. The phone call from their control room was always instantaneous re: power down. When starting to tow you always got a movement message and when leaving storage we could always predict at which point in the road it would happen. So system was consistent. Accuracy of location was always spot on even in the wilds of wanny. Staff, brilliant. Technical help re: app, excellent. We haven’t renewed this time round because of changing caravans, hopefully new one comes with MI. You will not be disappointed.

Had a phone call from Albany at Moving Intelligence who sorted out my subscription for the tracker ahead of taking delivery of my campervan. She was able to answer all my queries very professionally and left me with a feeling of confidence in the company.

Very good value for money
Very good value for money. In my opinion trackers are more for the insurance companies' benefit (don't stop actual theft but more chance of recovery) than the private individual. So it does the job it needs to do perfectly.
Excellent Technical Support
I had to ring Moving Intelligence Technical Support following an issue I had with my alarm and tracker and their interacting with the MI app (my fault!). Liam was most helpful, diagnosed the problem, talked me through resetting the alarm and the tracker and then helped me check that the system was functioning as it should. Excellent service.
Albany Bradley is a very helpful Lady
Albany Bradley is a very helpful Lady, and after persevering for a while, we managed to resolve the apparent problem of why the Phantom Fob will not unlock my Bailey Adamo intermittently. There were problems with what I presume is a poor contact between the little two pin plug that you put into the dash and its socket, but the root cause of my troubles was an incompatibility problem between the Ford electronics and the Phantom software. I now know that if you lock the habitation door with the Ford key, the Phantom key (given to my partner) cannot unlock it. If someone had told me of this when I purchased the vehicle, it could have saved a lot of familiarisation problems on our first trip away.
Alarm new to me.
The alarm was new to me and I just didn’t know wether the ultrasonic sensor was working so I emailed customer service and was contacted by Albany from customer service who was very patient and got me all sorted out over a few emails with instructions of what to do.

Smooth Process
Spoke to Nicole to swap over my subscription to a different motorhome and the process and help I received was smooth and easy.
Easy Registration Process
We decided to have tracker fitted to our new caravan as an optional upgrade. So far, my only contact with the Moving Intelligence has been to register the tracker which then allows me to view the tracker and alarm status in the app. Liam made the process very easy.
It is going to be convenient to use the app to check if we activated the alarm and activate it remotely if we haven't - no more going back to check whether we did or didn't arm it.
Hopefully we will never need the alarm or tracker, but we have both for peace of mind.

Albany, was friendly and efficient throughout our call and soon had my alarm up and running again.
Contract Renewal
Been a MI customer for 4 years and have always experienced good friendly service and today was no exception Nicole dealt with my renewal of my contract very professionally and in a friendly manner.
Paul also organised a fitter to upgrade my system to 4G and as promised contacted me with date and time this would be carried out.
