Moving internet Avis 

Moving Internet plugged a critical need that will be familiar to anyone navigating the gap between moving into a property and wired broadband installation. The router arrived earlier than anticipated and started working straight away with a very simple setup. Speeds are of course contingent on local cell signal strength, but we found that it was generally adequate for moderate home working usage (including video calls) and streaming.

Device return was easy too - just find a padded envelope, stick the return label on, and put it in a parcel postbox (the plug on the power lead is a bit too big for a standard letterbox).

Overall, a very useful service that solved a pressing problem.

Very simple service. Easy to setup & connect to and download speeds were fantastic. Had 3 kids gaming & 2 tv’s streaming Netflix all simultaneously with no issues.

Excellent service to get you online temporarily. The router arrived on time, worked when plugged in without complications. If you're moving house and need to get online before being connected to your supplier, I would definitely recommend Moving Internet.

Moving Internet provided an excellent service which was simple to arrange, simple to use and simple to return. I would recommend this to bridge any temporary loss of Internet. I used this when moving home and had a gap between my move in date and my broadband installation date.

Overall brilliant service when most needed, router received next working day as promised and as described just plugged in and was up and running within seconds, download speed was good, enough for moderate requirements.

Total nightmare to deal with. Didn't send confirmation mail - yes I checked my spam! Kept asking me to look at my spam folder despite me repeating that I had not received mail.

Brilliant! Arrived quickly, worked perfectly and got us out of a tricky situation with no WiFi. Signal was great and the refund was processed promptly after I returned the box.

Can’t fault them as a company. Lifesaver for part time internet, very reactive customer service team. Sometimes had low speeds but doesn’t take away anything from my view on them as it only affecting downloading something once in the 10 days I used the service
