Very smooth experience

All good product as advertised and speedy delivery! Also good having company checking in with customers to see if there satisfied, as often times the after sales contact can be difficult.

Returned the unit. I should not be receiving an email to review the Princess 36 as I returned it.

I ordered two chainsaw holders on December 7. On December 8, I was informed that the items are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Since I had not received the items after one week, I contacted the seller on December 15.

I was then sent a tracking link and informed that, due to Christmas, there would be a delivery delay of 2–3 days. However, the shipment status shown by the shipping provider has remained the same since December 9: “Your item is being sorted for delivery,” which I also pointed out.

On December 22, I contacted the seller again because the shipment status still had not changed. My inquiry has remained unanswered to this day. The shipment status has now been unchanged for three weeks, and I have neither received the items I already paid for nor any response to my last email.

Top class information on initial phone call to shop on a leaf vacuum.
Machine was delivered full assembled and ready to work, along with full familiarisation.
All in all, great service and great people to deal with.
Machine also works beyond expectation.

Fantastic guys to deal with, bought an outboard engine from them online, called for a stock check befoe ordering as I was thinking of dropping in to collect. Was told they insist on testing before shipping to the customer, no complaints about that. Engine was delivered within 48 hours of ordering complete with fuel tank and line. they called to inform me it was ready to ship and would dispatch the following day, they ewre also checking that that suited me. Delivery window was given and they delivered when they said they woult too. COmmunication throughout was excellent, these guys are very professional and very easy to deal with! Highly recommended thit shop!

Top class customer service. Bought a Senci open frame generator from the team at mower.ie and was really impressed with the service. What sets them apart is the white glove delivery service. The generator was delivered directly by the lads and it rolled out of the van ready to go with fuel and oil. Even got a quick demo on how to start it which was much appreciated.

Recently bought a hedge trimmers from this company excellent price, good communication from the retailer prompt service and fast delivery. I had a good experience. Good communication regarding delivery, driver then rang half hour before arriving. Machine arrived ready to go. My experience was 100% , and I'm a hard to please curmudgeon.
