Unfortunately, if you ask for information about whether they also ship to Belgium, you will get a quick answer. If you complain about long shipping time you have to push a bit more and this was not explained in my earlier question. Just like with another customer, we were asked to wait a few more days. Attention, the parcels are sent as standard and as a recipient you apparently cannot submit a claim to the British post! In the end we received the order, but it turned out not to fit despite double checking the model. And again no reply to a complaint email...

Excellent service...with good communication and fast delivery... the only gripe is the rather high charge for postage....would definitely use again.

Found a spare part that was.well described giving confidence to order. The part arrived early and was exactly what was needed. Good communication to follow up the order toi.No complaints on the basis of my experience.

First time using this company for mcgregor spool line trimmer replacements. Polite and helpful service and although was ordered yesterday and coming by post they came today. Not tried yet but look fine. Great customer service

I placed an order that failed to arrive , after contacting customer service , I got a response to tell me to wait a few more days , however one month later my order has not arrived. I have attempted to contact Mow Spares a number of times but silence.
Very disappointed with the service.

Ordered Lawnmower part told sent 2 weeks ago still not received same as last review sent emails and wont reply

Nearly 2 months now since I ordered Strimmer spools and lines. Still nothing received and zero replies from customer services to my emails advising them that I haven’t received anything yet. Very disappointed, will never use again.

A month ago I ordered spare parts, paid, got confirmation and that's it, package never arrived, no one responds to emails, total ignorance and lack of professionalism, avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered a primer bulb for my petrol strimmer. Exact model selected on website but wrong part sent out. Not even close to what I ordered. Sent customer services several emails and last email ignored. They’ve never sent a replacement part as promised and guessing their website hasn’t been updated either which means other customers will get conned the same unless they read this. Bought 5x bulbs on eBay for half the price I paid these cowboys. Putting this review on Google next. Did warn website a week ago I’d be doing to but not a reply so Iv given more than adequate time for seller to resolve!

Found this site and ordered a part for my macallister lawnmower, I have been trying for more than a year to source this part! The manufacturers service agent is still trying to get me this part! I ordered this part from mow spares after a call to confirm dimensions with a pleasant and confident lady. I received the part after ordering on Friday by Monday! The item never turned up, after chasing several times. I didn't receive a reply to an e-mail I sent over a week ago asking for a refund. Have chased yet again today. The earlier replies to my e-mails didn't make much sense. I cannot understand how the reviews for this company are all 5 star and 1 star and nothing in between. I wonder, as others have, if all of the five star reviews are entirely genuine... 🤔

I bought a new blade for my B&Q lawnmower. over the phone.
Spoke to a very efficient sales person and received the blade in the next days post.
Super service all round.

Came across this company while doing a Google search looking for replament mower blades.
Great communication. I had a query as to the correct blades to order and they replied straight away offering advice.

The mower blade was easy to identify on the website and easy to order. It was delivered on the very first day of the prescribed delivery date range. It was packaged perfectly to the size of the blade and in cardboard which will be recycled; no plastics used, no unnecessary packaging - excellent!
