Simple ordering process
Simple ordering process, good price, prompt delivery. Only issue was that delivery was not confirmed before or after. Just found palletised delivery in the yard.

bought Hayter Harrier41 which proved faulty - speed control does not work at all. Took it to local Hayter dealer, who failed to fix it. Neither seller, MowWithUs,nor Hayter seem lest concerned & will not refund.

As per our email we can of course get the machine back to us and looked at. However, your warranty is held with Hayter as the manufacturer, rather than us as the selling dealer, meaning any warranty repairs and refunds have to be authorised from Hayter.
Due to your machine being a year old, firstly, we need to get this machine looked at to determine the appropriate next steps.
