Clock arrived damaged by the courier, I contacted Moxvio who very quickly resolved the issue. Great product and excellent service, I would have no hesitation in dealing with Moxvio again.

Goods delayed, but moxvio vent out of their way to fix it!

Did not receive the goods, nor did i get any reply on my emails. Worst experience on internet purchases ever. But, and this is important;

Moxvio has really gone out of their way to try to fix the problem. I was their first customer in UAE, hence the challenges. Please read their reply under.

Dear Rune Mjolhus,

We dispatched your item next day after your purchase and we have sent you 4 (four) seperate e-mails about your purchase including swift responses to your e-mail inquiries. You did not respond to any of them. We kindly ask you to reconsider your review as we have been trying very hard to get in communication with you.

We sent you the picture of the Royal Mail label showing clearly that your item was sent and returned due to lack of phone number. We did not receive a reply again. Upon your entering phone number on Shopify, we immediately resent the item, asked for a tracking number from the Royal Mail, but the courier service did not provide with us one. After several unsuccessful attempts to get in contact with you via e-mail, we tried to send you a whatsapp message, which failed again, since your number is not on whatsapp. Finally we sent you an SMS. We have proofs of all the attempts to reach you and keep you updated in a timely manner, while receiving no replies, and also proofs of sending your item twice very swiftly (with date and time information). We are sorry to state that you have been entirely inaccessible and thus uncooperative throughout the whole process.

As Moxvio, we never leave our customers' inquiries unattended and we always do our best to keep them updated in a timely and honest manner. This has been the case with yourself as well. We wish our e-mails sent to you were monitored and we had the chance to reach you about two problems both of which raised beyond and outside our control.

First, the UAE shipments required the receiver's phone number, which we have just found out because you have been our very first customer from the UAE and did not provide a phone number while placing your order.

Second, (after having your number and immediately resending the item) Royal Mail would not provide a tracking number for shipments to the UAE even though we asked for one and we were ready to pay the extra cost for receiving tracking service (ie, we asked for OTA service but were only offered OLA for the UAE).

Again, we are very sorry to hear that it has been an unpleasant customer experience for you. However, we have been open, honest, and swift in action all throughout the process. We consider this review as a very, very unfair one, and feel extremely disappointed in the face of our continuous efforts to provide you with the best service and the most timely information available.
